A top notch service hotel. My 3 generation family enjoyed it thoroughly. The hotel staff were excellent. Hotel provides supper daily. It is further away from Beijing city centre. Didi ride is estimated 30 minutes.

It was my first time to come to Beijing. Because I was going to Yanji on the way, and I would go back to Beijing to take a flight back to Hong Kong on the last day, I booked a hotel closer to Beijing Chaoyang Airport. The hotel is hygienic and the service is good. There is a water bar in the lobby where you can drink coffee, lemonade or tea. The room is hygienic and comfortable, and the gadgets are meticulous. Front desk service courtesy. Great value for money. The breakfast is delicious and hygienic. There is midnight porridge after 2100 in the evening, which is simple but sufficient. There is a washing machine and dryer, which is great. We arrived at Beijing Airport at about 1720, so we had hotel breakfast in the morning, checked out at 1100, then stored our luggage at the hotel and took a taxi to Hesheng Go to the hotel, sing KTV, have lunch, then take a taxi back to the hotel to pick up your luggage, and then go to the airport for about 35 minutes. A very satisfying hotel trip. I will definitely book this hotel again if I come back.

When I booked the room, it had a window, but when I got there, I was not told that there was no window. They never told me about it from beginning to end. When I found out, I called the front desk and they told me that it was partially windowed, meaning that I came late and there was no window. I went to confirm my order again and there was no place that said "partial window". I feel depressed sleeping in a room without window anyway. If they told me before check-in, I would have moved to another place. The most annoying thing is that they didn't tell me anything and just waited for you to ask. When you asked, you were told that you were unlucky and the room was sold out. That's it.
