Friendly and helpfull staff, located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the Heavenly temple and a lovely park. Nice clean spacious rooms.

The stay was nice, pretty close to the metro station. I was able to do laundry. Amenities like towels, toothbrushes and water were replaced daily. Even though our booking said that the room would be without windows we got one with windows.

I booked a Special Queen Room and got upgraded to a You Yue Selected Superior Double Bed Room It says that there is daily housekeeping, but it seemed like they only added fresh towels and cleaned the trash bin in the bedroom. The old towels haven’t been removed as well as the floors were not cleaned during my stay. Also, the bathroom floor in general wasn’t very clean looking, there was some mold on the tiles. The staff is friendly and helpful

Good hotel, the staff were friendly when I needed help getting sim card for local data and it is located very close to the metro. You can walk to the temple of heaven in 20-30 minutes and the metro station leads directly to the Forbidden City and most other central city attractions.

The hotel is nice, and the room is clean and comfortable. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, although she doesn’t speak English. Unfortunately, the hotel is not as well located as you might expect. The metro station is a 15-minute walk (about 1 km), which adds extra distance to the many kilometers you already walk as a tourist in Beijing. Moreover, the immediate surroundings lack restaurants and other services, so you need to go closer to the metro to find decent food. It’s a pity, because the price per night is great, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

The room is clean and good price quality ratio. But the staff isn’t helpful at all and laugh on us in front of us. No possibility to leave the luggages for the day.

It's totally correct, Rooms are okay, clean. But the hôtel is situated between two motorways, well Beijing... The carpet of the hotels corridor is very dirty....

Receptionist was nice and helpful. The room is small clean and cosy, hotel is 10min walk from metro station. Great for solo traveler!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially with the kind lady and gentleman at the counter. They made our stay a truly pleasant and memorable one, and were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel is comfortable and boasts a nice location, close to many prime attractions in Beijing. I will recommend this hotel. 前台小姐姐和大哥都很细心，也很热情友好。我们在这里住了4天，住的很舒服。这儿也能寄放行李。这酒店的位置很靠近市中心，附近也有很多吃的和一个商场。

The service is good, they are friendly and willing to help. But the room is dirty. Our first room smelled of cigarettes, it was even hard to breath. We asked to change rooms, which was a big improvement, but there was still a smell. The floor has other peoples hair on it, shower feels dirty. The hallway feels like a crack house and the elevator has spit stains on the mirror. Location is not in a vibrant area of the city. But there is a 12min walk to the subway that brings you wherever you need to be.

I had a great stay!!  The front desk employees were very kind and friendly. There was room service every day and free water bottles (2 per day). The bed was very comfortable and clean. I had a nice window. It was very comfortably warm in there and you could adjust the temperature. There was a TV that had great channels on it, even some in English. You are about a 15 minute walk from the red #5 subway line and are about a 15 minute walk from the temple of heaven. The area felt fine, I wouldn’t say it was the best but I didn’t feel unsafe. The bathroom kind of smelled but everything worked. No hand soap but used the body wash. Body wash and shampoo included. There was a limit on the hot water that I hit every time so it may be hard for more than one person to shower with hot water.
