The hotel is quite conveniently located near public transport. Getting a bus is quite easy. The staff is really friendly and it is quite affordable for families. The cleanliness is quite decent. Would recommend again

Jinjiang Hotel is a great experience! The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable and I sleep well, the front desk service is warm and efficient, the location is convenient for travel, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the price-performance ratio is amazing. I will come again next time!

When I first arrived in Beijing, I was very excited. Land in Beijing is very expensive. The room price is about the same as in Shanghai, more than 330 yuan per room. I booked it one or two months in advance. I arrived at the hotel at about 3:30 in the afternoon of the first day. The service was really bad when I got there, which affected my mood. There were no rooms and they hadn't been cleaned yet. The front desk took it for granted and asked me to wait. The attitude was extremely bad. I thought that as long as the room was acceptable, it would be fine. After waiting for nearly 40 minutes, I was given a room without an elevator. I dragged my luggage to the room, and it seemed like the sky was falling. It was small and broken. There was not even a cabinet in the room. The only advantage was that there was a small window. I hope that those who come later can avoid it. In Beijing, you need to make an appointment to go to many places. If you can't make an appointment, you can only stay in the hotel. If you don't have any requirements for accommodation, you can try it. Beijing is very good and I will never come again.

There was a two-night stay event, so I booked 4 nights at once. It was very practical and cost-effective. Although the room facilities are simple and old, what else do you want at this price? On the first day, I encountered a problem with the toilet draining slowly. On the second day, the toilet was blocked directly after using it early in the morning. I contacted the front desk, and the staff immediately arranged a security guard to unclog it. It should not be the job of the security guard to unclog the toilet, but the master was very dedicated. I really appreciate it! 🙏🏻 Overall, the hotel's location is quite convenient. Although there is no subway station at the door, there is a bus stop as soon as you get out of the door. Beijing's public transportation is really convenient. Basically, you don't have to take a taxi many times. The entire 5-day and 4-night itinerary mostly uses public transportation.

I usually don't write reviews, but this time it was a very profound hotel experience. I was scared every day, so I'd like to share it: Day 1: There were a group of mosquitoes in the room I shared, and the front desk handled it perfunctorily. The kitchen door shutters and door tops were broken, and I was a little disappointed with the hotel. Day 2: I came back at night and did the extended stay cleaning, but the paper cups in the toilet were changed, but the paper cups in the room were used but not changed. The trash can in the toilet was collected, but the trash can in the room was not collected. I don't know what extended stay standard this is. The quilt was tidied up, which was originally a good thing, but it pressed my pajamas on the bed under the quilt and made it wrinkled. You can just put it on the quilt or on the chair. 😣, disposable slippers are slippery. An 80-year-old man is afraid of falling, so he asked the front desk for a pair of non-slip slippers, but there were none. This kind of supporting service is very disappointing. No one has ever slipped in such a long time since the opening, and disposable slippers are indeed not suitable for bathing. On the third day, the extended stay cleaning was not done at all. I didn't hang the do not disturb sign. I asked the front desk why it was not done. The front desk asked me what I needed now. It was very pragmatic and sophisticated. It skipped its own questions. The service industry is not easy, but it is acceptable. Then the security brother taught me when he came up to deliver things that I had to tell the front desk about the extended stay cleaning. I asked what service standard this was. He said that they were like this. What standard was this? Why did someone come to clean the day before? I didn't understand. I guess their standard depends on the mood of the employees. I was very disappointed. I looked at the towels carefully and they were all stained. Jinjiang Inn is already the most original brand of Jinjiang Group. The rapid expansion of stores and brand output in recent years should have many good things, but the service standard of this store really shocked me. It is not as good as many single hotels.

The location is in a large yard, parking is convenient, there is a bus stop right outside, the room is well soundproofed and very quiet, the front desk staff is enthusiastic, conscientious and responsible, the only drawback is that the bed and pillow are not comfortable! Overall it’s pretty good!
