The hotel is quite good overall with great location, staff and amenities. The only comment is that when searching for package delivery, they need to be more thorough as several times they couldnt located my oackages but I was able to locate it myself.

Superb location and excellent service. A short walk from the metro station with many shops are eateries nearby, including all the famous must-eat restaurants. Within walking distance or short metro ride to many key attractions.
I had several parcels sent to the hotel before I arrived and all were well received. Room is clean and nicely furnished. Although official check-in time is 2pm, they allowed check-in from 12pm onwards. After checking out, the hotel staff helped me to take my luggage and wait with me for my taxi and helped to load the luggage into the taxi. Thumbs up for the great service.

Not a fan. Carpet smelled like wet garbage was dragged across. Front desk tried hard to up sell breakfasts. When I ran into issues they didn't try to help at first, blaming the system and corporate. When I said I'd file a complaint then they jumped into action. It seems they don't try very hard unless you make them. Rooms are small. Shower door didn't close fully and water leaked everywhere. No storage at all in room. Worst, there's absolutely nothing to do here at night. Once you are done with tiananmen etc, the area is just dead. I'd recommend staying somewhere livelier and just didi into this area when needed.

We wanted to book tourist attractions in Beijing, but it was very difficult since we had just arrived and didn’t have a number in China. 小许was so kind to help us. She even contacted other people to help us get tickets to the National Museum of China. When we checked out, the hotel gave us snacks for the train, and I thought it was so considerate of them. We also left an umbrella, and the hotel called to notify me and asked me what I wanted to do. 小许 even offered to mail it to Chengdu for me. Overall, I am very satisfied and feel super lucky to have stayed at the Man Xin hotel. It was also very clean. Plus there was a nice multipurpose laundry/gym/lounge room on the roof, along with some outdoor seating.

Overall was okay. The down side was about the showering. The view from the room was too depressing. I suggested no need to pay more for a room with window.

I was taken in by the reviews and regretted it. They don't understand English at all. It's very dirty, moldy, rotten. Navigation is unclear and registration takes a long time.

The hotel is conveniently located near to a metro station and within walking distance to wangfujin walking street. It is close to many attractions. Hotel is clean and service staff are friendly. Reasonable price. Recommended hotel to stay when you are in Beijing.

The room was double with no window. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities.
They did give me a present and during the checkout, but when I returned to pick up the luggage, it was gone and was not given again haha

Lovely stay and people, my friend and I stayed for 4 days in Beijing and the service and the hotel were just perfect for us, very close to many of our see to places, close to the malls and the metro station.
The room was very clean and the times they went to tidy the room was also very nice…
The staff was particularly attentive and really eager to help, would recommend it with my eyes closed.

Hotel's location is so good. Easy access to Forbidden City. Super near yo 王府井. There are plenty of eateries and shops within 3 to 5 minutes walking distance. Very near to 金鱼胡同 metro, walk about 2 to 3 minutes only.
Another bonus is the most famous restaurant with Peking duck is just next door. Can go take a que number and come back hotel to rest and wait for your turn. The restaurant is forever long que. We waited 1.5 hours (in the hotel room), but the taste is worth the wait.
The size of the room is sufficient. There is laundry service on 5th floor.
You won't regret to stay here.

The location was great! Most of the attractions were nearby and reachable from the subway. Another important point. The famous Roasted Duck was just next door. You can choose the timing with less crowd.

Honest opinion, this hotel not worth the price. Dirty stain on the floor, shower holder and window. Hotel room 19m² but seems like smaller than hotel in Qianmen 16 m². Trip.com published room include welcome gift, fruits and check out gift. But they didn't give until I went to claimed from the cust service. I told the customer service guy to arrange robot to deliver to me fruits and welcome gift. They doesn't practice good communication skills even though we can speak little bit Chinese. I wanted the robot to deliver fruits but waited for more than 30 minutes. When I text WECHAT to customer service, the guy said robot came to my door but I didn't pick up , so robot went down. He blamed me for didn't pick up the phone call. We didn't receive any calls or door bell ring. When we checked the phone, we saw it's not properly attach on the socket. I told him to come in see himself but he refused. We didn't touched anything once we checked in. Could be cleaner mistake when change bedsheet near to it. The customer service guy came to my door with the fruits spoken to me aggressively. I try to calm down to explain, he seems like not listening my explanation . It's my bad experience in Tiananmen Wangfujing Manxin Hotel.
Hotel toilet not automatic flush, only automatic can wash your butt. Curtains is auto open by pressing the button.
Customer service's face never smile and greet everyone walk in to the hotel. Nothing to shout out for me. I feel Japan and Malaysia's hotels service is the best and should take as good example.

Hotel is conveniently located near several big malls like APM. We can walk there in a few minutes. There is a famous Peking duck restaurant right next to the hotel. Staff is friendly, offer late check out at 2pm. Overall great stay, only complain is the room is quite small.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Hospitality good, just the room a bit small. But, Location at the center of attractions; Forbidden City & Wang fujing Pedestrian street. Subway is just 5 minutes away.
