Amazing hotel, the hotel is very clean and the rooms is so quiet and comfortable, the front desk staff is so kinds and I will add this hotel to my favorites list and I will recommend this hotel to my friends

The hotel itself is very nice but They don't speak English... they could not even give me the WiFi password cause the receptionist didn't know a word of English..

They have to speak English in such a touristy place. And the price is too high But the pöace is nice

We checked in around 10pm and the front desk staff and manager had no problem solving skills. They asked for a PIN number to use a credit card when it was not a debit card. They just looked at us and don’t say anything or know what to do. Asked them to call someone to help solve the issue and they did not and just looked at us. They were clueless. The room was old and toilet did not flush well. The television was burry with all the channel and carpet was old. The bed was hard. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here if you are traveling from another country. They don’t speck much English and lack customer service.

Although I’ve stayed at more luxurious hotels in the past, the level of service at Guidu truly sets it apart. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process seamless. The bellboys were prompt and always eager to assist with luggage, and room service was both efficient and thorough, ensuring my room was always comfortable and well-stocked. One standout moment was the incredible attention given during check-out. I had simply placed my luggage outside the room, not expecting any assistance, but within 5 seconds, I received a phone call from the hotel offering to help bring my luggage down to the lobby. This level of responsiveness was truly impressive. The staff then inquired about the timing of my airport transfer and even invited us to relax in the lounge while we waited for our driver, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free departure. Even compared to renowned hotels like the Grand Hyatt, the service at Guidu Hotel was on another level—something that even high-end establishments often strive for but rarely achieve. Whether you’re in Beijing for business or leisure, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, efficiency, and top-tier hospitality.

The stay was fantastic . The room is really clean . Everything is worth for its money .

Love staying in the hotel, so close to the station. a lot of Local restaurant

They decided to make some kind of floor renovation write in the middle of the day. Glue smelled awful, dust in the air felt like a myst. Breakfast with sausages boiled in polyethylene protective film makes it especially delicious. Nevertheless I liked it. Worth 3 stars)

The hotel is well located near to the metro. Rooms are big and beds too. Personnel is nice, maybe it would be good to have more English -speaking service. In general very comfortable and good balance between cost and service.

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff

I stay at this hotel every year when I come to Beijing. It is very convenient to go to Beijing South and Daxing Airport. The area around the hotel is relatively quiet and it is just a walking distance from Niujie. The hotel's breakfast buffet has a rich selection, and the cleaning staff always serve with a smile. Overall very satisfied!
