Clean hotel. Allow us to check in earlier as our flight reached Beijing in the morning. Short distance to wang fu jing malls and famous duck restaurants

Room is very clean and lobby smells nice. Complimentary water is provided everyday and a very comfortable stay throughout. Service is good too. The location is superb with it being located in the heart of Wang Fu Jing, with less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest MRT (Jinyu Hutong) station - Line 8. Location is good to hail didi as it is just before the super crowded road. Many good eateries around. Gym is clean and big. Many equipments to be used and has water and towels provided as well. We visited for 5 nights and despite some reviews that talks about the renovation noise, interruption was minimal and only can be heard at the lift lobby while waiting for lift. Overall a highly recommended stay with value for money in the location. Would stay at this location again when I visit BJ.

I am a happy regular customer. Unfortunately the hotel is now being renovated, so there are some temporary changes which are not ideal (main reception hall, main breakfast/dining area and pool closed), but the stay has been more than comfortable, with free breakfast as a bonus... Staff super kind and helpful as always! The hotel works should be completed by October.

Newly refurbished hotel rooms. Still ongoing reno. Breakfast good but not lavish. Really affordable. Hotel popular with ASEAN tourists. Conceige staff extremely helpful to book tickets thru wechat that requires local mobile number. Staff can understand english confidently. This hotel highly ranked in this app is justified.

Location: very good on Wangfujing road (close to APM shopping mall). Jinyu Hutong Metro is only around 400m.  Room: Nice. Bed was comfortable. Free water bottles and Laundry.  Service: very good.  Everything was perfect except the temperature inside the room was set at 26 degrees which made the room was very hot.  The hotel supplied a fan for us and advised us to open the window as nothing they could do with the temperature. Yes, I would recommend this hotel.

first impression of the hotel was why was the lobby so far away. we had to walk for about 5-10 mins with our big and heavy luggages. once we checked in, the room look like the photos it was spacious and overall ok. toothbrush and others was given in a box at the check in counter. booked the room with breakfast and the breakfast meal was not nice. this hotel was said to be a 5 stars hotel but clearly it does not live up to its standard!! on our last night before check out, we were out the whole day and to our surprised when we came back we found out the cleaner had came in our room!! we had on the privacy button and the cleaner still went in! thankfully nothing of our items were missing but felt like the hotel was not safe at all! the cleaner had touched all our items even our clothes… we complained to the reception and all they could say was its policy to clean the room even if the privacy sign was on. they could have let us know when we were checking into the hotel or put the policy out for everyone to see. they did not apologize at all!! for our next trip back to beijing, we will not stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to people. all i can say is STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

My wife and I loved the hotel’s location—it was excellent! I have no words to describe how important this was for our trip. We really enjoyed the service, especially from Dylan and Boyd, who helped us find a driver who became our guide in Beijing. Thank you so much, Dylan and Boyd—you made our day amazing! 🤩

Good location, convenient to many famous attractions. In terms of service, it's just below average, so many things need improvement, and also be aware that hotel under renovation for the entire lobby, chemical smells may cause discomfort.

Hotel staff are pretty professional as they always meet guest needs. Breakfast and the sports facilities were great.

Very nice hotel. Good facilities. Had a gym, swimming pool, and was located right on the Wangfujing pedestrian street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Two staff members Bob and Jason were especially helpful, helping book find and book taxi as well as carrying our luggage to the taxi for us. 10/10

perfect location. The rooms are good, nice beds with a nice bathroom. We slept in on one day until 10:00 and then we could hear the workers, but on average no problems with the renovations. swimming pool is ok foe the kids to go in and have some swim time. It can be a bit crowded with the chinese kids doing their swimming lessons, but that was the same in all other places we stayed in china.

I would like to compliment the staff Alan, he was very friendly, enthusiastic and impressed me.

Great hotel - the service was exceptional! Special mention to the employees: Edward, Apple, Alan and Crystal. Truly a fantastic stay! I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!
