My room is so nice and comfortable. It was cleaned everyday and filled needed things. The location is near MRT around 4 mins walk, lots of food restaurant around but if you need 24h convenient store, you need to go 500m. The staffs are so helpful and friendly. I needed housekeeping staff' help 2 times after calling to reception, then they showed up within 1 min. This hotel's service deserves 5 stars.

Small hotel situated in a quiet area of Liuliqiaodong station. Hotel prices in Beijing were expectedly more expensive so we opted for this smaller brand of hotel, further away from the city centre. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around, including a 24/7 restaurant and a popular Peking Duck restaurant next door. The room itself was large, and had plenty of space for our luggage. Despite the musical artwork on the walls, there were a few stains left which is never a good impression! The biggest problem was the shower head was super weak and did not have enough hot water every night - if you are sensitive about the shower then this hotel might not be for you. The air conditioning is adjustable, there is a delivery robot for takeout and there are two washing machines and dryers on the 5th floor. There isn’t a way to see the machines vacancy (at least not on the TV), so it was really difficult going up the floors and manually checking the room. Most importantly: there is no fridge in the room. WiFi is only accessible if you sign in with a China phone number which we did not have. 🥲 Even though there are two lifts in the hotel, the staff recommend taking the left one as the other lift services the building next door too so will operate slower. It also looks less appealing. Service wise, the front desk staff were lovely and kind. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast. We had 3 adults in one room, but every night we had to request an extra set of towels because housekeeping wouldn’t leave a set of three but they would give us three slippers, three toothbrushes and three bottles of water? Ok stay, but I would find a different place better suited for our needs next time!

The hotel is excellent and the staff was really helpful. The only weird thing is that the shower and toilet area are not separate from the room which makes some steam/smell to get into the room.

It’s very clean and comfort! I like that their bathroom and toilet is separated! And sink is outside. And they have laundry room too, we can use the washing machine and dryer for free :) Near train station, and there’s foods nearby too.

The hotel is located in a non central area, about a 30 minute drive from the city center. However, if you're looking to experience an authentic Chinese atmosphere, this is the place to be. There are no tourists around, but plenty of local restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk away. This was the part of our stay we enjoyed the most. The room was quite small, with just enough space to open our suitcases. The bathroom is right next to the bed, which doesn't offer much privacy for a couple. It's fine for a one or two night stay, but probably not longer. The staff at reception don't speak English, but the girl was very kind and, with the help of a translator, we were able to communicate without any issues.

Perfectly blending a unique style and cleanliness, this hotel is conveniently close to the metro. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The lady at the front desk, No. 18, was very nice and helped with the luggage and changed rooms. The room was very clean, well-equipped, tidy and comfortable. It is a great choice for travel and is very convenient to travel nearby.

The room was very clean and the location was great, very close to the West Station, and it only takes about ten minutes to walk to the entrance. The service at the front desk was also very good. They poured us water when we checked in. The lady with the work number 82 was very enthusiastic and awesome. I recommend it!
