Good day, I am trying to contact the hotel as I left my ring in the room #208. I just checked out of this room a few minutes ago. Please could you check and let me know. It’s a silver ring.

Overall wonderful experience, clean, nice location many food options, reception was most helpful.

Overall not too bad with its location closed to train station but the area not much restaurants. The water basin is located outside of bathroom. Cleaning was not done thoroughly.

The carpet is very dirty on the corridor, it’s really really bad. The room had human hair lying on the floor.

This hotel is really amazing. It is very close to the subway entrance and the train station. It is very convenient for Line 5, Line 2 and Line 6. There is a direct bus to the Temple of Heaven. There is also a direct bus to Qianmen. In short, it is very convenient and the price is reasonable. I will come again next time.

There is no heating. I turned on the air conditioner all night but the hot air was not warm. It made my throat smoke and I caught a cold🤧 and got angry🔥

The hotel is also close to the subway station. It takes only five or six minutes to walk there. There is a Ziguangyuan store next to it, which is very convenient for buying yogurt. The yogurt in this Ziguangyuan store has a tin foil lid, so there is no need to worry about spilling. Since my friend and I forgot to bring bath slippers, we asked the front desk for two more pairs of slippers every day. The front desk was very generous and the service was very good. When talking, we would stand up instead of sitting on the chair. The room is not very big, but it is just right for me and my friend. The room is also very clean. Just tell the aunt when you need to change the sheets and quilts. The walls of the hotel are a bit thin, so the sound insulation effect is not very good, but I have the habit of wearing earplugs when I go out. My friend has a good sleep quality, so it doesn't affect us. I forgot to bring something when I stayed in the hotel before, and called the front desk to ask. The front desk said that the cleaning aunt didn't see it. . . But this hotel will take the initiative to send a message to ask if the missed things are still needed, which is very good. I still recommend it!

There was no elevator. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2024, but it felt like they had replaced 70-80% of the original old hotel with new ones, and the floors and parts of the toilet and shower were still old. There was a lot of hair on the floor, so I had to clean it myself before using the room. The toilet and shower are not separate, so it's a good idea to bring slippers that you don't mind getting wet. On the good side, the bedding and towels were clean, and the staff were all fairly friendly.

The hotel owners apparently don't quite understand that travelers from other countries come to them. Why can't they at least make a small sign in Latin? I walked around the area, asked where this hotel was, no one could tell me. The cleanliness in the room leaves much to be desired. There is no soundproofing. A small window in the room overlooks some interior space where the light is on at night. The curtain doesn't help, the room is quite light. Be prepared to use a sleep mask.
