Clean, free shuttle, highly recommend it!

Just 5 minutes from Terminal 2 and 7 minutes from Terminal 3 by car. The hotel has a shuttle bus and can pick everyone fiem and to the Capital Airport. Friendly staff at the reception and the cleaners. Ready to help in everything. There are two restaurants just near to the hotel and two convenient stores 24 hours open. I am very satisfied and will intend to stay there next tomes too.

The room is ok for the price. They offer bus shuttle service and when I arrived to Beijing I called the hotel to ask for it, but they refused to help me and said that I should call another number. Their English is terrible and this doesn’t make things easier. They offered transport for the way back to the airport. The hotel is in a close area to the airport but not much to do around.

Well, this hotel is very good in terms of customer care and friendly service. It's close to Beijing Capital International Airport T2 and T3, and there's a good Muslim restaurant nearby. They also provided us with free airport drop-off. From this hotel to the subway is just around 12-19 Yuan on DIDI. The subway station is called Guozhan (国展) or China Int’l Exhibition Centre. The only thing I wish they could improve is to clean the rooms more carefully and remove hairs from past guests. Overall, if you're planning to stay for a few days, then this is a good affordable hotel for you!

10 minutes for the airport. Basic but clean and tidy. No English spoken, so if no Chinese spoken, better to get a didi to get 15rmb- used the free shuttle to the airport - clean and on time

Room and hallways stank of cigarette smoke but bathroom is clean.

I am still very satisfied. I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews at first, but later I decided to "take the plunge" and the result was really unexpected. The pick-up driver was very nice and helped with the luggage. The Northeastern flavor was instantly very friendly. I especially thank Miss Yuru. I called her several times in the middle of the night and she told me patiently that I was very embarrassed and thanked the hotel staff for their hard work.

I rarely write reviews, but I must give this store a good review. The service was very friendly and it was very convenient to pick you up from the airport and make you feel at ease. Overall, it was good.
