The hotel service and cleanliness I would say is excellent and everything is just good and perfect for my stay in Beijing. Recommended for the foreigner

The toilet bowl cannot flush with toilet paper in it. Need to call plumher to clear. Fridge not connected to plug and reception unwillingly ask technician to go up to plug for us. When we take shower, the water flooded the wash basin area.

Overall the location is good. However the service is bad. Body wash and conditioner container are both empty when we checked in. The water from the shower flows into the wash basin area. The tiles ar the toilet areas are slippery. The hotel umwillingly come to the hotel room to plug the fridge which was unplug. The carpet is also very dirty..

Warm welcome at the front desk. Room is spacious and have a good view of trees. Definitely worth other visits 💕

Thanks to Mr. Wang and Mr. Zhang our visit was quite pleasant, they were able to help me with everything, in the last minute booking. Room was clean and the price is quite affordable.

The room was kinda smelly but ok, staff was the best, they were very helpful

First of all, the sound insulation is very good. Then, when I used the hair dryer in the morning, I thought it was broken, so I called and sent a new one. It still didn't work when I used it, so I thought it was still broken. Finally, I changed the socket and it worked. It should be the one in the bathroom that was not powered. But the service was very good. It only took three to five minutes from the call to the delivery.

The refrigerator cannot be plugged into the socket, so it is just a decoration. The air conditioner can never be adjusted to a high temperature and can never blow out hot air. I was assigned a very small room on the outermost side of the building. The air conditioner was whirring so loudly that I couldn't sleep the whole night.

The room was very satisfactory. The service provided by the front desk guys and girls was also very good! Seeing that we had a lot of stuff with our kids, they very considerately helped us deliver our luggage to the room! Knowing that the kids needed milk powder, they specially put 4 more bottles of mineral water!

This trip is to take the elderly out. The hotel is close to the subway station, with convenient transportation and shopping malls and supermarkets nearby. Although it is on the street, it is very quiet. The hotel is clean and the service is thoughtful. I will choose Tiantian Holiday next time I travel to Beijing. Remind you that all hotels in Beijing do not provide toothbrushes. If you need them, you have to ask the front desk.
