good convenient location in the airport with unlimited water. however, there was a hair on the bed (not ours).

The hotel is inside the Terminal 3, very convenient and suitable for the customers who arrive late or have an early flight.

I have 17 hours waiting in the airport with my daughter , I booked JHOTEL because inside on airport and I was surprised how easy to find close to food court and very comfortable. You can find everything that you need. We arrived at 10am and left 11pm. Amazing bathroom, big 65' Tv ,comfortable bed. Very clean room. Highly recommend. Next my travel definitely book this hotel.

Booked a room with two twins for a long layover that ended up being only 3 hours due to delays. But those 3 hours were worth the price because of the proximity, tranquility, a private bathroom and a place to lie down in blissful silence. Beware, you will be exiting the gate area if it's a layover and going through security again but can skip the check-in counter if you have your boarding pass, of course.

Hostel? Capsule Hotel? Whatever it is, tiny room without bathroom or shower. Shared bath and toilet outside. I guess near my room, 4 units and the cleanliness of them... bearable but not pleasant. I guess the "hostel" concept is not bad, but it is not for me, and I will not stay there in the future.

I made a last-minute booking at this hotel when my flight was rescheduled from a red-eye to the following morning, leaving me just a few hours to rest. Check-In Experience Upon arrival, I was informed that my booking included shared bathroom and shower facilities. I do not recall seeing this detail during the booking process—possibly due to fatigue from my connecting flight. To ensure comfort, I paid an additional 100 RMB for a room with a private bathroom and was assigned Room 8301. Room Condition The bed, bathroom, and shower were clean and well-maintained. However, the floor felt sandy underfoot, suggesting it may have been overlooked during cleaning. Additionally, the central air conditioning was notably loud, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. Overall Impression Despite these minor issues, the rest of the hotel experience was commendable. Staff were professional, and the facilities met expectations. For travelers seeking a convenient and comfortable stay, this hotel is a solid choice. However, attention to floor cleanliness and noise levels from the air conditioning would enhance the overall experience.

NO A/C. 🥵 I just wanted a hot shower and a cold room, to sleet 4 hours but there is no air conditioner or windows in the room. I couldn’t believe so I asked the front desk man twice, and he kind of rude confirmed that is the airport AC is of, then the hotel don’t have AC. At the end they brought me a small fun, that I think they use in the bathroom because it had some dirt marks like pee drop or something disgusting. Convenient location but not worth it to pay more than double the price of any other JI hotel. Next time I will just get a taxi to a place near by.

Location is convenient because it is within the airport but the room was not ventilated and it was too hot as well. The centralised AC was not functioning well and there was no thermostat in the room.

The hotel’s conditioning and ventilation is very poor. The staff informed us that it is all central controlled by the airport and they will contact the airport to get our room’s ventilation turned on. After multiple attempts, the ventilation has not been turned on. The hotel staff was nice to have offered to bring us a fan. But I honestly don’t think there is any ventilation in there.

Perfect location inside terminal 3. Efficient and friendly staff. Perfectly clean and well maintained. Looks so new and fresh. Quiet. Outstanding option to rest in the Beijing Capital airport
