My family and I came to Sheraton Beihai Resort on the coldest day in Shanghai. The hotel is located in Guantouling Forest Park, close to the sea, with a very good environment. I enjoyed the beautiful sunset on the first day I arrived at the hotel. The hotel rooms are large, clean, tidy and quiet. The hotel also has a gym and an outdoor swimming pool. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is great. My son likes the oysters and sea cucumber dumplings in the restaurant very much... He orders them almost every meal! The beautiful environment and delicious food left us with a deep memory! This was a pleasant vacation time...

The front desk was nice and did her best to accommodate me in English, including providing her WeChat in case I had any questions. They also upgraded my room since mine wasn’t available at check-in. Be aware, the majority of the guests were senior citizens, depending on what type of vibe you want with your hotel.

I would really recommend this hotel just for the private beach! The public beaches are full of people, but this hotels beach was very calm and pleasant. In the evening we had a meal on the beach. The view from the room (on the sea side) was stunning. The buffet breakfast is amazing. Huge variety of choices. My only complaint would be the bathroom that felt a bit run down. Would need to be refreshed.

The rooms are clean and sanitary, the bedding is very comfortable, there are slides and tents that children like, and the hotel also provides free buses to Silver Beach and Qiaogang Style Street. Great hotel. Great amenities. Great food. Great location. We're on a time without too much people so we enjoyed the whole inside swimming pool for us, fabulous time there. You pay more at this hotel but you receive a great experience.

Excellent, clean, new-ish hotel that is a very short walk from Silver Beach. Very friendly and helpful staff (special mention to Ms Celine Dong who checked us in, spoke excellent English and was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with information on the hotel and its surrounds. Thank you Celine!). Breakfast had an impressive array of options (including some western options) and the room (a family room with bunk) was very spacious and comfortable for my wife, two children (12 and 10) and I. Would definitely stay there again.

Isle Beach Home was a pleasant surprise. The view and closeness to the ocean is the best part of the stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are of western hotel standards. The staff is attentive and friendly. They provide information about the island and also scooters for easy transportation. There is a restaurant on site with delicious food. It's also close to local seafood markets on the island. Another great part about the hotel is the infinity pool and deck. But there are a few things that detract from the overall greatness of the experience. The pool deck, although beautifully overlooking the ocean, is not set up for relaxing. The deck chairs are old and without cushions and there are no pool umbrellas to protect from the summer sun. And secondly, (this is not their fault or responsibility) the surrounding environment is the opposite of what the hotel promotes. The buildings and structures surrounding the hotel are unsafe and hazardous looking. But even with that, I would definitely stay her again.

The bathtub is suitable for a family to soak, but it lacks disposable bath covers, and you need to disinfect it yourself. Some equipment in the room is missing and has not been repaired in advance. The breakfast provided is not very rich and cannot be chosen independently. There is room for improvement. In addition, the service of the homestay is very good. Great hotel, room and view were amazing!!! Free pickup and drop off to the fairy Station. Room was super beautiful, spacy, and the view was stunning. You can rent a electric scooter at the front of the hotel and just stroll around the island. Recommend to go to Wucai Beach for the sunrise. One problem - breakfast time is only 8:00-9:30. Personally I think it's a very short period for a vacation hotel and ends quite early. Also, once some food ends - they don't refill, it's just over. Came in at 9:10 and many things were finished. Other than the breakfast issue, everything was really great. Had a wonderful weekend here :)
