The front desk girls are the kindest & most helpful people I have ever met in all my 30 years of travel worldwide. They have me to contact the bus company to claim refund for me as the bus trip from Beihai to Haikou is canceled because of Taiphon Yogi. Then they called Agoda to cancel & claim refund for my hotel stay in Sanya. Thank you very much, girls!!!!!!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Our room was very comfortable and immaculate. The hotel is convenient to the central area as well as to the train station. The breakfast is quite a spread. The hotel provides free laundry service. The staff is amazing. They are friendly n attentive. They recommended us the restaurant and massage where their locals patronize. We love the food and the massage services. Big Thank to 小谷，小元，李李 and 小王 to give us such a memorable and enjoyable stay in your hotel. 谢谢你们🥰.

The service attitude is very good, the environment is also good, the restaurant worth mentioning, the child is on the bed, more than the restaurant business hours, and also had a good breakfast! The cleaning aunt is also very good. I saw that we picked up the shells and specially brought us a bag for ❤️. But personally feel that the bed is a bit high, and the child climbs up very hard. The laundry room is too crowded, it may be raining in the Beihai these days, everyone needs to dry.
