把我的外賣給當垃圾丟了，詢問前台的時候前台説不知情，不清楚。後續經過自己尋找反映前台才去詢問下班的清潔人員。知道情況後，不知道從哪裡找回的外賣，問我説剩下包子，豆漿灑了，給我補杯酒店的豆漿。還説要不是我説，他也覺得那是袋垃圾，説我也有責任。最後因為不同意這般處理，前台請示領導後才讓我重新點並進行第二單賠付。中途溝通的時候多次説一半掛斷電話，服務有待提高，態度垃圾。酒店中規中矩，希望有所提升吧，前台是門面，服務態度不改進，評分遲早被前台搞得稀碎。

酒店環境不錯，停車方便，不過就是晚上隔壁客人兩夫妻吵架，一直吵到晚上兩點過，沒有人來管理。

房間很大，新裝修的酒店，但是裝修很一般，唯獨智能控制是個加分項，馬桶是一個半智能馬桶。房間淋浴房玻璃太多，是一個減分項。前台服務很好，早餐衹有米粉加雞蛋。房間門沒有閉門器和防盜鏈。床做的有點問題，燈片安裝也是問題。讓人看着很粗糙。總的來説，性價比差了點。
設施：很一般
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：不錯
服務：很好

房間很乾凈，23年裝修的，還很新，全屋智能，孩子很喜歡。包含早餐的房價很划算，早餐味道挺好，國慶179能訂到這麼好的酒店，很開心😁！超值！

相當不錯的新酒店。。。房間大，設施設備很齊全，裝修風格和配置感覺和三星酒店差不多，什麼電視，窗簾的可以用語音直接控制，空調也很給力，暖和。。。哦，馬桶也是智能的。停車場免費，需要掃碼出去但是不限次數。
