晚上路過北安，臨時入住的這家酒店，比預期的好很多，首先是前台服務員的服務很到位，其次是房間也很大很乾凈，早餐更是超出預期。

優點：
1、服務熱情，前台看我們帶孩子，直接給了小童牙刷，要去五大連池玩，箱子放在前台兩天，都很熱情服務。
2.早餐相對豐富，蛋撻孩子比較喜歡。
3.房間是套房比較大，比較乾淨。
4.有個按摩沙發，坐着挺舒服，可惜沒有插頭沒電用不了。
缺點：
1.外牆正在貼保温板，在外邊一看，對賓館的印象下降很多，好在一兩個月後安裝完就好了，建議最近可以適當降價。
2.我們套房房間窗户較小，空氣流通性有限，感覺有味，不舒服，用傘扇了好久。
3.卧室那個屋沒有空調。不得已開着門讓客廳的涼氣進來一些。

第一次去黑河路過北安，入住貴酒店，因為酒店外部在裝修，不便提行李，酒店前台胖胖的客服萌萌主動提出幫我們提行李，方便我們入住，酒店乾淨、衞生，內部設施齊全有洗衣機和烘乾機，房間面積適中，也謝謝前台小劉，介紹北安市容，謝謝二位前台客服主動熱情，有機會還會入住貴店
