真實測評做了半宿火車下車，半夜下車室外零下七八度。到店辦理入住，走廊裏非常暖和，可是 一進房間屋裡很冷，都沒敢脱下羽絨服，房間裏還有個安全通道大鐵門，既然定的普通房間有門也可以理解，有就有吧，剛脱了衣服想洗洗就休息了，可脱下衣服後太冷了，我滿屋子找空調遙控器，找了十多分鐘沒找到。實在受不了了我就到樓下找到前台，前台是個女的。從入住到下樓找她，她冰冷的説話帶有諷刺的説 屋子是地熱，可那個房間地板都是冰涼的。拖鞋都得凍腳。她説誰讓我定的便宜的房間，便宜房間就是這樣 ，以後訂貴的房間暖和。空調使用不了，我説，那是用不了這屋子太冷了，衣服都不敢脱。我説那也不能這麼冷吧，她看我，最後心不甘情不願的給我換了個房間。換後的房間温度暖和。這麼大的北安市。我們鉑金會員在攜程平台定的房間前台就這樣態度，無語了。常年在外面出差。一個月在外面出差住酒店的不下於15家，各類酒店都住過，這將近一百元的酒店就這樣。
我心想想咱這大北方冬天，十五六度的房間也不讓使用空調，電視不讓用，地面冰涼不敢拖鞋不得住感冒呀，不行就想退了吧，可這大半夜要是在換地方住還得折騰。哎。。。。。。希望酒店老闆看到後是時候好好培訓一下了。這是咱東北人，不太計較。這要是南方客人，是不是太給咱東北人丟臉了。跟我欠她錢似的。

出遊在北安站中轉，為了乘車方便，選擇了這家賓館。賓館位置就在站前街，距離候車室也就200+米，非常便利。
賓館內部裝飾簡約乾淨，並有電梯。服務人員非常熱情待客，並免費為我們升級大床房，非常貼心。
房間設施齊全好用，有免費wifi，信號📶強，上網速度快。
性價比超高！下次再來北安還會入住這裏！

定了雙床房和特惠大床房，特惠大床房其實就是雙床房撤掉一張床，房間是在4層，和標間不同的就差大窗户是一道打不開的“防火門”。房卡寫着“北鐵賓館”應該是新和“如家”合作的。

因為火車臨時停運，從北安坐車，考慮到有兩個長者兩個孩子，提前給前台打電話問什麼樣的房型合適，前台小姐姐超級温柔，態度超級好，還給我延時到了兩點退房，房間特別大，3張床還有一個沙發，4個人正好睡開了，由於我沒去，沒法拍照片，總之超級好的！家人也滿意，前台小姐姐也很熱情！
