Always love our stay here. The pet friendly cabin is spotlessly clean, well appointed and in a good location. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, and maintenance and upkeep of the property is always being done by the hard working crew. A good value pet friendly retreat in a lovely setting.

We recently stayed at the park for three nights, Immediately my wife fell in love with the park and the town. We loved the park layout right on the lake ,with beautiful colourful trees especially in Autumn. The staff are fantastic and even helped us navigate our van into our site. We will be visiting again this year for sure, We will stay for longer next time, For us it felt like home.

Stayed on caravan site with exceptional assistance to park caravan on the site. Amenities were spotless. Only complaint was site 70 had a tree that deposited a huge amount of tiny saps on our vehicle which needed hand cleaning after leaving park. All we needed was to be told not to park under the tree as there was other clear areas to park our vehicle.

Had a great time with our caravan at Beechworth Lake Sambell Caravan park. Having the fire going whilst sitting and chatting with family was extra special. The park location is so central to everything. Kids were made welcome and the facilities were very clean. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. We will be back.

Could not speak highly enough of the park and staff. Reception staff are very efficient and friendly and couldn't be more helpful. On arrival we were escorted to our site, then guided our van effortlessly into place. Five star service from the very start. The park is kept in excellent condition and the team could not be more friendly or helpful. The site had excellent views across the lake making a drink with friends by the fire very enjoyable. Have booked in for a holiday there again early next year.

We come here once a year in the March/april school holidays, in the non Easter week. This was our 4th year & we had another great experience. The park has everything you need, some entertainment, great amenities & space for the kids to explore & play. Town is a short walk or bike ride away & there’s plenty of what you need AND want there. Lake sambell is a nice spot for a swim for the kids especially if the reeds have been removed! We stay in Lakeview cabin 1 & enjoy the bbq on the deck & a cabin that has a clean bathroom, great view & heating/cooling depending on what weather Victoria is putting on.

From the very start, we just knew we were going to have a wonderful few days. Such a beautiful park overlooking the lake. Friendly greeting at check in, an escort to our site and assistance getting onto our site nice and straight! And what a site….. so much space among the autumn trees! With the nights getting cooler simply order a fire pit, kindling and wood for a very reasonable price and it’s delivered to your site!! Oh did I mention the amenities…. Pristine clean…. of course! Cannot fault our stay except we didn’t book long enough ….. so we’ll have to come back and soon!! Thank you for such a lovely stay
