Stopped by after our long walk along the River Waveney, decided to have only drinks, drinks and service very good, very spacious.

Really nice hotel.
Staff very friendly, food was great.
Only thing I would say is Beds were a bit springy but it was still a great stay.

The motel was welcoming and friendly. The rooms exceptional. very clean and modern. Breakfast and dinners were very good. Highly recommend them.We enjoyed it so much we are going again in September. The location is perfect for getting around.

Splendid ! The beer garden felt like holiday …Service was not just good, it was excellent. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. It was a good size. It was really nice. The fact that they’ve taken the trouble to put some water in the room was lovely… little touches…… common areas had character and you could see there was a lot of love in the place. I’ll come back because I liked it a lot. It was very homely.!!

Never really leave reviews but felt i had to as this is such a lovely place to stay. The room was spotless and had so much character, high quality furniture and attention to detail. Lovely outdoor courtyard with veranda. Beautiful hanging baskets, plants and grass area. The bar and restaurant area is lovely. With little nook seats, character in all parts. Will definitely be back. Wish we were here for 2 nights.

Stayed for 2 nights to attend a family wedding near by. Went with my mother so booked a family room so we could have separate beds (1 double, 2 single). The room was clean and spacious. Beds were lovely and comfortable with plump but soft pillows. We had a meal in the restaurant the first evening. Large portions, maybe too large! Very well cooked and delicious (Hunters Chicken & Spinach Roulade). Breakfast was great and well worth £10 each. Choice of cereal available and your choice of items for the Full English. Poached egg was perfectly cooked. Our room was tucked away at the back so nice and quiet. The staff were lovely and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great motel stayed here before, staff friendly and professional, room was spotless, all toiletries , hairdryer, tea coffee facilities, had lunch amazing meal, bed comfortable, must try the carvery next time, gardens immaculate, love it
