Beautiful property, walking distance to meetings, shopping village. Access to onsite dining and walkable restaurants. Hotel staff provided exceptional service!

We loved the pool and hot tubs temperature and location-beautiful views from every point. Amazing flowers surround everything, the open patio where we had our meals, fire pits, sitting. The room had all the modern conveniences: great coffee (Nespresso), organic teas, lotions and bath stuff. small shop inside the hotel with coffee, pastries and other things. We stayed off season, so pool and hot tubs were not crowded. We enjoyed our stay very much. The open heated patio year around with amazing views is a gem~

we stayed at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek to be close to Cora golf course and get out of the heat from Grand Junction to the Vail Valley. Because I’m a high loyalist and I know the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek well, I booked rooms for the Entire group. I believe the feeling of luxury I experienced was only surpassed by my guests novel experience of one of my favorite hotels. Whether it was a steam room after a round of golf before dinner, or the fact that we were steps away from some of the best food in the world when we were done, this is literally a one stop shop for the vacation of a lifetime. I met with clients, other colleagues, went mountain biking, went golfing, my wife got a massage, and ate a variety of delicious food. I can’t tell you what I appreciate the most, other than the world of high loyalty program and the fact my family is a Hyatt family for life. Some of our greatest vacations and experiences have come from the benefits from knowing WOH as a financial advisor, I have no conflict of interest in ownership by saying, I’ve done the math and it’s the only rewards program that is head and shoulders above the rest. I love four seasons, I love the montage, but the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is up there with any of the best hotels in the world, with an irreplaceable location and a staff that might be better than any other others.

Average stay while paying above average prices. I am a globalist and have stayed at multiple Park Hyatt properties worldwide and this is one of the worst. The food options are limited. The bartender was very rude. Valet is a mess (they got us the wrong vehicle). The spa is a bit outdated and the steam room in the Aqua Sanitas experience was broken. A dirty rag was forgotten in our room on the floor by housekeeping. The fireplace in the room stays partially on even though we turned it off so the room was super hot throughout the night. The windows in the room had very limited noise cancelation. They turned on the snow blowing machines in the middle of the night and those were so loud and woke us up. Had to use earplugs to be able to get back to sleep. Overall, the hotel's location is great and the breakfast had good variety.

Disappointing. Was there during 'mud' season when everything was closed prior to the holidays, but was not told in advance of this. 8100, the bar, and many services were closed or unavailable. My newly renovated room was not properly checked to ensure it was ready for guests. Shower and sink shed dirty water for some time and my heat wasn't working the first night (60 degrees in my room). Room was really nice.

This Park Hyatt is one of a kind. My boyfriend and I had such a great experience from check in to check out for his birthday. The staffing is kind and not overbearing. Evan, the bellman, was extremely helpful with bags and valet services our whole stay. We were upgraded to a beautiful mountain view. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfy. TVs offer casting. The Nespresso in the room was a nice touch. As well as I really enjoyed how many lighting options the room offered. The property offered multiple amenities, and specifically for the ski and summer seasons this would be the ideal location. Since we came in between seasons, I admit nothing in the BC Village itself was open to enjoy on a Sunday but I was prepared for that. We enjoyed 1 of the 5 hot tubs, as well as there are a handful of fire pits through out. I loved the atmosphere and ambience of this property. & Honestly our stay was nearly silent. We conveniently explored the entire village without seeing anyone. I only saw about 5 other guests in the hotel itself, so I can't speak for how quiet the rooms are during peak seasons. Will absolutely look forward to coming back to enjoy peak seasons!

Wonderful place to stay and experience many of Colorado's scenery! steps away from shopping, spa and scenic hikes. If you ski then you would love that the lifts are right behind the resort!! The service and staff went out of their way to assist us with all our needs!!

This facility is not welcoming to people with disabilities, no automatic doors, heavy room doors, high thresholds that are difficult to navigate in a wheelchair, and the resort is not ADA compliant. The restaurant offered very poor customer service, staff were not able to turn on lights, our order was incomplete.

My daughters & I went for a Spring Break ski trip- end of March which is still high season. There was good & bad on our trip. I was told there were no upgrades available and late checkout was an extra $25 an hour if available on that day. Upon check in they said the room was ready but needed to be inspected that's all & should be a short wait- 2 hours later as we waited in the lobby, it was finally inspected & ready!! No one at check in told us the activities going on in the hotel, told us about the breakfast buffet, the free shuttle bus app or cared to explain anything to us going on around Beavercreek village (they have fireworks every Thursday night that we missed)! The location is great for the beginners area. We saw many families with small children on the slopes in front of the patio and running throughout the hotel. We heard screaming children every where we went- day and night! It seemed that parents sat & drank alcohol in the lobby/bar area while all the small kids ran wild! To get to more advanced terrain you have to take the Centennial lift higher up, which is a longer walk away in the snow. The Gondola is steps away but all crowded beginner terrain which is great if that's where you plan to be. Our double bed room was clean but outdated & overlooked the front entrance. You could hear everything & everyone from outside and in the hall and even the alarm clock in the room next door! The closets were spacious and had lots of room for ski gear which was nice. They also had multiple hooks for hanging wet ski coats, etc. Beds were comfy. The car valet staff was the best part of the stay- very helpful and friendly. The ski valet was ok but they had no clue on how to store boots or skis properly (many international young staff) Our personal skis got scuffed & dinged on their racks. We would've just preferred storing them in a ski locker. Be prepared to tip every where you go here! I went through cash like crazy! Prices for food/ snacks are very high even for a resort area and are not that good. Cocktails are $20-$25 plus tip! The Jacuzzis outside were nice. I did visit the Exhale spa (separate business) and had a nice facial. The common areas are small but nice and access to the village was just out the back door. The location is the best part of this hotel- that's what you're paying for & don't expect any more even if you are WOH member. If you are an avid skier, stay somewhere else. If you have young, beginner kids & don't mind other screaming children then this place is for you. My teens and I won't be back. Not worth $1400 a night in March.
