Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Beaumont West / I-10 & Walden

I loved my stay, clean room, quiet and comfortable! I felt safe and secure here. Will be back again next time. Highly recommend!!!

I am normally very skeptical in trying a different hotel. But since our last hotel was a horrible experience in Beaumont, we had to find something new. I spent hours looking at reviews and finally decided on this hotel. We came down to deal with an estate of a family member so it wasn't a vacation. Everything from customer service to the room to breakfast and checking out was awesome. Sarah, Kya, and Jordan are amazing staff. They each treated us like one should be treated. Sarah checked us in. We had two rooms and she made the check in process simple and was excellent. Kya stopped what she was doing to bring us towels. Each one had respect and a great attitude. The room was fantastic. Small kitchenette with full size fridge, dishwasher, two burners, microwave and even dishes. Bed was so comfy. The place was bright and clean. Parking lot was well lit and I felt safe. It's been a long time since I've given 5 stars to a place. Keep doing what you are doing. The only issue I did have was that housekeeping didn't come to our room and clean. I'm not sure why. There was no sign on the door to stop them. It would have been nice for fresh towels and to come back to the bed made. But it wasn't the end of the world. To the owners, thank you for taking pride in your hotel.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room had a mini kitchen with sink, dishes, refrigerator and microwave. Highway construction can make access inconvenient, but that is not fault of hotel. Breakfast area was clean when I used it, but it is a very minimal, normal continental fare. No complaints; it served the purpose for my short stay.

The hotel and room were clean. The bed was comfortable and they offer good breakfast options. The staff was friendly and the location is close to good food options.

Room was not was advertised. Picture showed a suite type room with a sofa bed and separate room. This was just a standard king room. Very disappointed!

Great Location Clean hotel, the front desk staff was friendly. My only complaint is the shower leaked onto the floor when used but other than that, I'll definitely be returning when I visit Beaumont again.
