Résidence Carlton - Rénovée Avec Piscine

No setvice 5 o’clock I would love to say that we had some kind of service, but we did not. We arrived at the hotel luckily before 5 PM and we were checked in. They did not offer extra keys for the additional guest the emergency number that I was given because no one is at the desk after 5 PM did not work. I chose Air Conditioning as one of my amenities. He did not have working. Air Conditioning had no change of towels for three days that we were there had to go looking for them and found them in a closet that should have been on lockdown. Had no washcloths. Room was not clean, mold all over tub. If you want no accommodations no concierge no help then the hotel is OK but don’t expect anything.. breakfast was not good. Don’t anticipate actual breakfast. Just a lot of bread.

We enjoyed a fresh renovated, modern, very spacious penthouse with amazing 100 sqm terrace and panoramic view for two weeks with grand parents and a baby. The manager and the team were very friendly and helped with any request to full satisfaction. We are looking forward to come back again. Also great location: quite, nevertheless city center with shops, restaurants, cafe as well as the beach and Cap Ferrat are just around the corner.

This was my first stay at this hotel the Residence Carlton in Beaulieu-sur-Mer which was a a truly wonderful stay. My experience of the hotel was as follows: 1) Arrival was easy using the supplied address and arrival instructions ( and just a short 5 minute walk from the local train station) 2) On arrival at the hotel the two gentlemen reception staff were extremely pleasant, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. 3) The hotel has a small off street (secured) car park to the right of the hotel. 4) All areas including the bedrooms were always well kept, tidy and clean and regularly spritzed with air freshener 5) The rooms were exactly as pictured on their website, extremely clean, with a functional kitchenette and plentiful crockery and accompanying silverware. 6) We’d booked and received a wonderful sea view room which also came with one of the largest TV’s in any branded hotel room I’ve ever stayed at 7 ) Checking out was a pleasure with the receptionist 8 ) As a note there is a great Pasta and pizza Restaurant just around the corner “Maonas” (18th Avenue Albert) which at the time scored highly on Trip Advisor and from my own personal review. 9 ) Breakfast is an additional charge of approximately €12 per person ( which I did not try on this occasion) 10 ) The hotel has recently undergone a restoration and now includes a new pool and garden area, which are small but perfectly boutique formed (with free pool towels) 11 ) The reception also held a collection of previous guests beach mats and sun parasols to borrow during your visit which was very helpful 12 )In summary the hotel scores 10/10 ( my highest score for some time) for its outstanding friendliness, excellent location, boutique feel and handiness to the local train system .

Great location, clean and staff was friendly.

Had a nice stay. Everything was new and fresh. Would have appreciated to have some basic spices in the apartment like salt and pepper. Otherwise, a great vacation place. Perfect with parking at the premises.

Lovely apartment within the town. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely little pool.
