The hotel has its own parking space, and the rooms and restaurant share an elevator, which is noisy on the lower floors. I told the front desk that I wanted a quiet room, and they initially arranged a room next to the elevator, but I requested a room change. It was not bad, but there was a half-opened bottle of mineral water in the room, which was on the TV cabinet when you entered the room. At 10:30 in the middle of the night, there was a strong floor shaking sound, which was obviously the sound of running. I couldn't stand it until after 1 o'clock. I hoped that the staff would intervene. The first thing the staff did was to come to my single room to listen, and then told me that it was the gym downstairs? ! Gym at midnight? They also said it was a public facility and there was nothing they could do! I emphasized that I wanted to confirm whether it was the child upstairs or next door, and the front desk confirmed that there was no child! I had no choice but to change rooms. After entering, I found that it was a connecting room. No one asked in advance whether they minded, so they arranged a connecting room. We were wearing pajamas in the middle of winter and it was one o'clock in the middle of the night. . There was no choice but to confirm with the staff that there was no one opposite and then make do with it. I slept all night facing the door leading to another room. That's pretty bad. If it is a new opening, please strengthen training.

Facilities: I took a look at it in advance on the train and found that this is the newly opened Hilton in Bazhong. It is a five-diamond standard. I personally prefer to stay in new hotels, so I chose it this time. In general, the facilities in the hotel are quite complete for Bazhong, which is very good. I also went to the hotel's gym to exercise for a while before checking out. Compared to the big hotel behind the city government where I stayed when I came to Bazhong before, although the scale is not that big, the facilities are much newer and more complete. The wireless charger beside the bed is very convenient (unfortunately the power is average, but It’s definitely better than nothing). Hygiene: Very clean, both the lobby and the room are very clean. Environment: Rich breakfast, good location, on the south bank of the bridge, nice night view, 8 minutes by taxi from the unit where I went to work. After returning home at night, I walked around and there was a Huifeng Pavilion 5 minutes walk away, which seemed to be a cultural relic unit (specific I don’t understand) The small square is quite lively. Service: The front desk was very friendly and the check-in and check-out were quite professional. It was consistent with the Hilton hotels in Beijing and Guangzhou that I had stayed in before. This was reasonable, but also somewhat unexpected. After all, Bazhong is a small city. In summary, I will choose this hotel next time I come to Bazhong. One suggestion is that it would be better if the entrance to the parking lot could be more prominent.
