Hello . We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The location is wonderful. With a sea view. Very close to the city center. The price of the hotel is very affordable compared to many hotels. Therefore, knowing this, I think we need to know that expectation has something to do with price. Since we had the opportunity to stay in a summer house, my expectations were not high. If you say you only go on holiday once a year, it may disappoint you. The smiling face of the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean. The only thing missing is activity. There is no animation. There are no water slides. It's nice for 2-3 days, but then you start to get bored. We said let's go to relax and we achieved our goal. If you want to relax, don't miss it. But if you say no, you want to have fun like crazy, it won't suit you.

I loved the hotel! It is a bit far (20 min walk) from the centre of the town but I didn't it. I was working remotely and could sit by the pool all day and work undisturbed. The food options were great and the staff is very hospitable and welcoming. Loved my stay! Highly recommend.

İki yetişkin 1 bebek olarak gittik odaya giriş yaptığımızda her yer deterjan kokuyordu ***et yeterliydi ve bebeğime park beşik vermişlerdi fiyat performans açısından çok iyidi yeterliydi yemekleri çok iyiyiydi biz memnun kaldık sadece 12 de odayı boşaltmamız gerekiyordu ben 11.39 da boşalttım ama ben toparlanır iken eşim bebeĝimizi şenzogta uyutmuş ve kucağıma alamazdim 2 yaş ve çok iperaktif ve uykusu bozulursada yolda çok huzursuzluk yapardı ki öylede oldu ama resepsiyondaki genç hanım bizim artık hotelden çıkış yapmamızı ve geçiktiğimizi söyledi eşimde bebeğimizin uyuduğunu odayı boşaltım bahçede olduğumuzu söylediği halde bizi resepsiyona çağırıp orda bekletmesi rezalletti bunun dışında yemeklerden odadan hotelden memnun kaldık

City hill otel berbat
Otele girince karşilanmadik, odamıza bile kendimiz çıktık. Otelden çıkmak isteyince çıkamayacağımizi söylediler. ********** aradık yabancı bı kadın açtı iletişim kuramadik. Restoranda yemek çeşitleri çok fazlaydı ama hiç biri lezzetli değildi. Orda çalışan bı kız yemeklerin hijyenik bir ortamda yapılmadığını söyledi, geçenlerde çalışma arkadaşlarinin yemeklerden zehirlendiğini söyledi. Odanın temizliği çok kötüydü komidinler silinmemisti yatağın altı tozdu. Balkon kapısını açınca altındaki tozlar uçuyordu. Minibar çalışmıyordu kokuyordu. Odaya su bile konulmamisti. Başlı başına rezalet bir tatildi.

Our stay at City's Hill was pleasant. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Especially, dining room manager was earliest one there in the morning and stayed late to ensure that the customers were met their needs at the facility. We also liked the animation team at the resort. Especially, Anna was very friendly and helpful at all times.

Hotel war die reinste Enttäuschung, der kaffee hat bitter geschmeckt ,teller waren alle mit schmierigem belag bedeckt ,es gab für all in keine wasser flaschen ,die musste man selber bezahlen. Pool war überfüllt gab nie liegen über ,wenn man später runter gegangen ist gab es liegen aber Handtüchergab es nur bis 17 uhr. Zimmer rochen muffig und die Türen waren auch nicht die besten ,bei uns ging der Türknauf vom bad immer ab. Duschbrause hatte richtig druck und blieb nicht an der Wand. Mit etwas liebe und sauberkeit könnte man noch etwas dran machen. Aber für uns war es die reinste Enttäuschung und nicht ein STERN wert.Der Service war aber tadellos .

Arrived after 1am and the beautiful Tannur was on reception, she asked did I need anything, so kind and friendly Had 2 of best massages I’ve ever had with tall handsome Asian man (can’t spell his name but he is BRILLIANT) Hotel is spotless and the hardworking cleaning team were so good especially the lovely smiling Leyla ❤️❤️ Next my all time favorite restaurant manager Hakan omg he was just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble a real gentleman This hotel is not a 5* hotel but I found it one of best in kusadasi (I’ve been over 20 times) I honestly can’t understand anyone giving less than 💯 Don’t read any other review this is best value for money ever Take my word and go any enjoy The city center is 1km away a lovely walk down hill (taxi back 🛍️ 5 or 6 euro) I will definitely return Thank you again for a wonderful holiday

We are currently staying here, but it is not worth repeating. First day we cleaned the room ourselves with dettol wipes, because it was dirty. Shower head is broken. In terms of food, little variety and choice (we eat in the center every day). There are some kind of sheets on the bed that are too narrow for a double bed. Asked for an extra blanket, then we did get a thicker blanket. At the restaurant you have to find your cutlery and there is no entertainment, but there is music at the pool. The games hall and gym are nowhere to be seen. Positive is the view, the pool is clean, enough sunbeds (although towels are provided) and people who misbehave are dealt with quickly (the neighbor who had vomited in the hallway out of drunkenness (this was still there in the morning) and who was screaming in front of our door, could leave. They did clean the hallway thoroughly the next day. Fine for a week, but definitely not longer!
