Amazing hotel, we arrived with our family and spent a week, after being given a tour of the complex we then barely left the resort as it is so peaceful, relaxing, high quality with such lovely staff in all areas. The family room is plenty big enough for us and 2 kids and cleaned beautifully every day. There's loads for the kids to do with the entertainments staff, indoor pool outdoor pool, play area, trampolines,archery,crazy golf. All the staff are amazing at engaging with the kids in the restaurants, reception and entertainment staff, Yigit , Selim made time for all of us everyday and enhanced our stay no end. Only one restaurant was open in April however the food was exceptional and we didn't eat the same meal twice and everything was delicious. We spent time in the gym area and unlike normal hotels the gym zone was a full Spa quality gym and relaxation areas with hot beds, Turkish baths, saunas, steam rooms with every kind of massage or treatment you could wish for. To top off the high quality resort, food and staff the resort has an array of animals roaming round like peacocks, ducks and flamingos which the kids loves and kept on site also was ostriches, Emu's, and deer. We loved every minute we have spent here and are looking to rebook again to come back.

Okulumuz ile beraber gittik, fotoğraf çekimi amaçlı gelmiştik. Bunun karşısında verdikleri hizmete hayran ve mutlu kalmış bulunduk. Kendileri Buggy adlı araçlarıyla istediğimiz yere götürüp, getirdikler. Teşekkür ederiz, Yiğit, Selim ve Yasin beye ayriyetten ilgileri için teşekkür ederiz.

Batuhan vadide geçirmiş olduğumuz tatil hem bizim hem kızımız için unutulmaz bir deneyim oldu daha girişte bizi karşılayan güler yüzlü personel tatilin ne kadar keyfi geçeceğini ilk sinyallerini verdi. Tesis doğanın kalbindeki yemyeşil bir vadiye kurulmuş havası tertemiz kuş sesleri eşliğinde uyanmak ise tarifsiz bir huzur veriyor bahçeler yürüyüş yolları harikaydı. Özellikle buggy ile yapılan doğa gezisi çok eğlenceliydi hem kızımız bayıldı hem biz doğayı keşfetmenin keyfini yaşadık. Odalar ve villalar çok konforlu tertemiz ve modern her ayrıntısı özenle düşünülmüş geniş ve ferah özellikle villalarda kaldığımız süre boyunca kendimizi adeta özel bir tatilde gibi hissettik. Kids Club ise tam bir kurtarıcıydı kızımız hem eğlendi hem de güvenli bir vakit geçirdik, Kids Club’da bizimle ilgilenen Nur ve Ecrin hanıma teşekkür ederiz. Animasyon ekibi çok ilgiliydi ve bizlerle birebir ilgilendiler. Restoran kısmı da bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti yemekler hem lezzetli hem de çeşitliydi her gün taze ürünlerle hazırlanan kahvaltılar akşam yemeklerinde ki sunumlar ve yöresel lezzetler bizi mest etti. Servis kalitesi ise üst düzeydeydi. Ailecek çıktığımız bu tatilde herkes için ayrı düşünülmüş detaylar vardı hem kızımız mutlu oldu hem biz gerçekten dinlenebildik doğası, konforlu hizmet kalitesi ve sıcak misafirperverliği ile Batıhan Vadi bizim için artık her yıl uğramak istediğimiz bir adres oldu her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz

Western styled hotel This hotel had gorgeous views, it was really relaxing and I enjoyed having the animals around. The staff are really kind and treat you with a lot of respect. It’s calming and refreshing. They also have a kids club which is perfect for families as it considers the fact they may have children too. The kids club also lets children’s parents relax around the hotel while the kids still have fun.

Gorgeous hotel set in an American themed style atmosphere. It has stunning views with beautiful peacocks, flamingos, a turtle and ducks. It’s very calming and not like the typical party atmosphere. This is a much more refreshing and resetting kind of hotel. Very unique and modern with onsite shops and a kids club with soft play and trampolines. Very kind staff, Selim who is the manager of animation is very kind with a very welcoming smile. His English is perfect to which was great for when we couldn’t speak Turkish to other staff members. Very smiley, happy person who adds to the experience of the holiday. Thank you Selim and all the team :) would recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel, staff very professional and attentive. Entertainment staff were always helpful and polite they even had a game of archery with us. Grounds are kept immaculate and they even have peacocks, Guinea fowl, emu’s, ostriches, ducks, gazelle, flamingoes and a Shetland pony. State of the art gym and spa facilities. Villas are spacious and rooms are kept at a very high standard. It was even warm enough to have a swim in the outside pool. Food - WOW all meals were al a carte and mouth watering, waiters were very friendly and professional. It is definitely a place to recharge your batteries and get back in touch with nature. It’s a totally chill out place to go, but if you want to venture outside you can either walk into Kuşadası or if want to go to the beach ask reception for the free transport to their sister hotel which is right outside long beach. Will definitely return.

We have recently returned from a week here during the Easter school holidays with our 2 sons. Although the weather wasn’t great as it’s still low season there was plenty of activities to keep us all busy. The entertainment team were brilliant. They kept us occupied with archery , boccia , table tennis, darts amongst other sports which kept the boys and us happy each day when it Wasn’t warm enough to be ‘pool weather’. Our villa was very modern , spacious and cleaned everyday. The pool was freezing but as expected in April. The food was exceptional every time. The service and all members of staff At the resort were extremely helpful , friendly and accommodating. The food and service at this resort was all a la Carte and 5* with plenty of choice for everyone. If there was a problem you whatsapped reception and they handled it straight away. The grounds and animals that the villas were kept in were beautiful. The gym was fully equipped with all new equipment and it is situated only A short taxi ride into town. We are looking forward to returning again next year for certain as we loved our stay here.
