"There were cockroaches crawling in the room. The hotel provided breakfast until 10:00, but the kids went downstairs to eat and the food was no longer provided at 9:20. On the first night, we had dinner in the hotel lobby at 9:30. We ordered our food and sat there waiting. Who knew that they would give us a takeaway box and said we couldn't eat here because they were going to get off work. We asked if we could finish eating quickly and leave. They said no and wanted to kick us out. They didn't tell us when we ordered that we couldn't eat here. Their service was terrible. They also charged us a 20% tip."

"We booked the Junior suite with full kitchen. Great view of the beach. Comfortable bed. Coffee available in lobby 24/7. Things to love…walk right out to the beach, gas bbqs and outside tables. Two spas, large pool, easy walk to Winn Dixie, Whiskeys, Muy Wayne Os and other restaurants and stores. Things that could be improved: Full size coffee pot is great if you are staying more than a few nights— no filters provided, given they say they can’t provide filters a Keurig would be a better choice. The cookware is cheap everything sticks to it. No scissors or basic first aid. The room is ready for upgrades: something used to be mounted to the dresser and there are several holes that make it look trashy, no anti-slip or rail in shower, no bathroom fan, bathroom door sticks, pillows are uncomfortable."

"Worst place ever, the room description stated 3 beds but there were only 2 (including the sofabed), hours later they brought a rolling bed and it had a huge beer/piss stain, ice-machine didn’t work, room cards didn’t work, room wasn’t clean, reception was super slow and it took them hours to get us sheet and they weren’t as clean as others hotels. Literally the worst hotel I stayed so far."

"Don’t go here!! I have lung issues and I can’t we all up the stairs and when I told them I would need another room I was told that I would have to rebook the room and I would not get a refund for a room that was never used also the owner was made aware of the situation and he was only concerned about the money and I asked to speak with him and he wouldn’t talk to me. Disgusting behavior from a man who is supposed to be in the hospitality business! I don’t even want to begin to speak about the condition of the rooms and how they have stains on their pull out sofa and just overall disgusting. Save yourself the hassle of getting in a situation where you don’t want to be treated like your best interest is not a priority! I would recommend that you run not walk away from this helltel and just keep going."
