Comfortable rooms with hard floors, no carpets which I liked. A desk, couch, bed, refrigerator, and microwave. In lobby there is also a pizza oven which I used to reheat left over pizza from Dough Bros (nearby and excellent). They also sell pizzas and some grab and go items. Breakfast included scrambled eggs or sausages but never both on the same day. There were always hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, and a yogurt dispensing machine with frozen fruit. There is a pancake making machine, some fresh fruit, coffee, cold cereal, muffins, bagels, and bread too. Checking in and out could not be quicker. The indoor pool is a generous size and open until 12AM, I believe 10PM for kids.

Enjoyed the room. It was clean and quiet. The sheets covering the mattress need to be able to secure better since these rolled up throughout the night. The breakfast was a little bit of a surprise. Biscuits & Gravy, DIY Oatmeal and cereal packets; hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Found our choice limited since most were too high in sodium or sugar counts. Hardboiled egg was good.

Great hotel!! Fabulous staff. I will definetly stay here again. They have a beautiful lobby and their rooms a nice and big. I thought I would miss the waffles, but the pancakes where really good and they had a wide variety of things to choose from.

The whole hotel smells pretty bad. There is a horrible odor in the rooms with very dirty carpets. I literally had to sleep with the windows open for 4 nights in the december with freezing temperatures outiside to keep fresh air coming in. The front desk was well aware of this apparently and said “they are working on changing the carpets.” They moved me to two other rooms which were just as bad. To top that there was pet hair on the couches. The appliances are also pretty old and malfunctioning. The front desk people are rarely ever at the desk which is likely because they are understaffed. I spoke to another person at the hotel who was also on a business trip and mentioned that her room also smelled pretty bad.

The room was clean and cozy, had a view of trees. Breakfast was well stocked and tasty. Pool was lots of fun for the kids. Staff was helpful and pleasant, and they had a very pretty lobby! It had a fun log cabin feel, and I would stay here again if I get back to the area

My wife has high allergies to mold; she definitely had a reaction during our stay. Also, the breakfast items were fine (for most people), but not for us. We're both trying to eat as little gluten (and sugar) as possible.

Terrible hotel, rude employees, breakfast was poor... I travel all the time and stay at holiday inn mostly... thought I'd give Windham a try, not again! Hotel is not very clean. Needs better management!

The exterior was nice. The lobby and everything inside is stuck in the early 2000's. There was rust around the door frames, wore out spots and stains on the carpet. Hotels in general need to give the cleaning crew more time to do there job.

This hotel has potential. It is a nice location. The outside looks refreshed. The inside could use an overhaul. We paid way to much for a room the has been neglected. The house keepers are doing their best while management or ownership trys to squiz ever penny over comfort. Our bathroom had rust on the door frame all over, the carpet had stains all over the hot tub was out of service, any and all metal in the pool area was rusty. Like I said this place needs a revamp along with a change in practice for housekeeping. Give them way more time to clean people like clean hotels.
