Not really great experience. Buffet closed for lunch and dinner. Only one restaurant with limited food choice open for lunch.

The majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice.
The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

Melhor resort que já fiquei hospedada!!! Reservei Majestic Elegance mas na recepção ganhei um Up grade sendo hospedada no Majestic Mirage, simplesmente SENSACIONAL. Comida maravilhosa em todos os restaurantes, mas em especial Steak House e agradeço o atendimento do garçom Jhonatan. Não recordo o nome da pessoa da recepção que nos trocou de hotel mas mesmo assim
Fica o nosso agradecimento. Vale comentar também sobre as bebidas nos bares de ótima qualidade e as piscinas muito limpas.

I was at Majestic Elegance with my family at the end of August, and I had the most amazing experience ever. First, the warm welcome and charisma of the staff. Every staff member at the resort was extremely friendly and helpful. Amelia, Carlitos, Braulio, and Santiago from the buffet and restaurants—geez, every breakfast, lunch, and dinner they went the extra mile with their service. We have never experienced such excellent service at any other resort. You guys deserve a gold medal! Erik from the pool area was the most authentic and funniest waiter at the pool bar. Cold beer refills came constantly, without a doubt. The entertainment crew—Gigi, Mayeli, Chavez, and Chocolate—are the soul of this place. Their energy was so contagious that by the end of our vacation, we didn’t want to go back to the stress of the United States. I have such wonderful memories, and we are definitely going back to Majestic Elegance by next year.

Our butler, Guzman was amazing!! The resort was so lovely and the staff was truly dedicated to making sure we were 100% satisfied. Will definitely be going back!

We came back to the Majestic Elegance for the second time and we were not disappointed. We came back here mainly for the beach, the hotel and their employees. Our concierge Richard always goes above and beyond to make us feel like we are royalty. The sommelier Franklin has deep knowledge about wine and is so fun to talk to. For breakfast Santiago and Jose always made sure we had everything we needed. At the beach bar, Angelina, Maxima and Marylania, Santa took care of us and made the best Margarita. The pool guy Alejandro was always waiting for us with our towels. For lunch Cesar and Ariel would wait for us with a big smile and flowers on our table. Ruben made us laugh when he served us at the italian restaurant. This review could not be finish without mentioning Nurys who was waiting for us the first night and made us feel so welcome and at home. The staff is amazing and makes this vacation so much better. The food is great as well
