The hotel is beautiful, and most of the staff are very attentive. There's everything you need within the hotel, and you feel comfortable. The facilities are top-notch, and there are strollers to transport you around. The ocean is beautiful, the pool is super clean. It has a great atmosphere, and the staff is always helpful.
The meals were good. I think the best restaurant was the seafood restaurant. Delicious.
I'm traveling alone, but it's not difficult to meet people or have a good time at the activities offered.

I had an amazing time there. Most of the staff were very friendly, but Arnaldo in the lobby was especially exceptional. What a service-minded man he was, he solved everything for us!
