My family was treated with extra care, staff helped from the front desk to the cleaning services all the servers made us feel like family. Everything was clean, food at each restaurant was perfect. Buffett was top notch, plenty of variety for everyone. A special thank you to our main Buffett server Francisca. much love

Lo único malo fue que la entrega de la habitación tardó un poco más de la hora en la cual debería ser, la calidad de su personal hace que estos detalles mínimos pasen desapercibidos. Hasta ahora el mejor de los Riu en el que me he sentido tan bien atendido

What a hotel, what a place. 5 star and out of this world. Staff amazing, food unbelievable, you aren’t going hungry that’s for sure. Hotel amazing, restaurants, coffee shop, cake shop, plenty of bars. My favourite the beach, although some sea **** it was not an issue. Stunning beach. Can’t wait to go back.

Room cleaning was terrible – dirty bed linen, musty smell, and the room felt run-down, with rusty lamps and a fridge that wouldn’t close properly. Upon arrival, our first room had two single beds despite our request for one double, and a cockroach that the bellboy stepped on and clumsily carried out, dropping it halfway. The second room was slightly better, but still far from spotless. On the terrace, there were constantly 4–5 pigeons that literally covered it in droppings. The reception was a disaster – unhelpful, unfriendly, and unaware that we had already paid for the room in advance. On the positive side, the food was tasty, the themed restaurants (especially the steakhouse) were great, and the beach was beautiful, though seaweed was present (not their fault) and cleaned only 6 out of our 8 days. Overall, this is far from what one expects from a RIU.

Elie club is building 5 and 6. NOT building 4. Mold painted over, no aroma in the room, cement narrow balcony overlooking the nightly entertainment stage . NOT the best location. Ask to be moved ASAP. A pig with lipstick is still a pig Front desk... wow! Smile would crack their face. Grumpy rude staff. And don't lose your room card key or it's 20!!!! NEVER EVER heard of a hotel charging a fee if your room key is lost. Criminal I waited 5.5 hrs for a room yesterday. And, what a miracle they all opened up at 2:55 p.m!! After 1 night, I'm ready to leave Seriously reconsider staying here It will be wasted money. I have traveled to over 20 Riu . And after the behavior of the front desk, i don't want to ever stay at another one

This was a trip of a lifetime. 30 of us went. We had a natural ball thanks to Troy Travel club. We were treated like royalty. The parties were out of this world.
