Totally not even meet the bare minimum of cleanliness, not even worth it. Super lack of maintenance. All the fabric , curtains not even clean & lots of dust everywhere. If you bring children & they have allergic like mine, this totally a mess. I stayed with 2 children (3years & 10years) And the 3 years old one still drink formula milk, i need to wash the milk bottle under circumstances that very dirty, The picture that i attached showing that kind of mites or lice, which later on i find one or two still moving & alive. I arrived at the hotel around 18:30 with tired body after along days & bad traffic, And come with a big heart that expecting the room is already clean, yet this how i find the room, and accumulate finds of bad condition. The toilet smell so bad, disgusting. The coffee grinder has been used by the previous customer & not even cleaned, as dirty as it could. And i ask twice for them to change it . As seen on photos also the lamp on extra bed cannot switch off & also beside the extra bed is the electrical plug that full of dust, and imagine sleeping that close to unwash curtain with hold so many dust, you will woke up with the most allergic reaction with runny nose. I ask the front office to ask the house keeping, the house keeping visit with dirty foot (picture attached) and left without even clean it & make the room also dirty with his steps. And we paid for almost 2 million of rupiah for the room & extra bed. Even the cheap room more clean than this. And they say this place “resort”. Totally disagree. I understand the concept is glamping, But hygiene is the priority still & you see it your self is it worth 2 million rupiah or not. Never disappointed this much. If you find this review, please do reconsider to stay, or you holiday trip will ruined because how bad is you sleep quality, worth any mites or lice will get you.
