To bad servis air cond totally out bed so bad towel smeĺly water to low...house so dust...im not choose this apartment again...night to noise...and the reception not friendly

Furniture in the unit was old and in poor condition, Blanket provided had a burnt mark , bedsheet was of poor quality ( requested for a change but was told the housekeeping staff had returned home & we have to change it ourself by collecting it from the reception), although heater was available the shower was bad, no microwave ( I booked a 3 room apartment).

It's the worst hotel in my whole life. Terrible place. Trip.com shall not put it on the list . Not even 1 star rating....the room is not as advertised . Horrible horrible horrible ...I think budget hotel is even batter than it.

Pro : 1.good location, near night market & eatery, beach also walk distance. 2. Lot of parking. 3. Spacious apartment 4. Nice view from balcony. Cons : 1. Old sofa, old air conditioner unit which take a while to got the room cold. 2. Bathroom dirty, visible black dirt on the bathroom wall, it seems like the owner didnt give a **** about the bathroom cleanliness. All the goods in the bathroom are dirty. 3. Very low water pressure it will spoil your mood to take a bath. 4. The toilet cant flush very well, you need to flush it 2-3 times before your poo poo disappear from your sight. 5. Hard material mattress, queen bed just provided with two extra soft pillow which will make your head submerge like a submarine submerge into the ocean. 6. The towels are extremely thin. If you have no money but still wanna go to penang better to get oyo rather than this type of stay.

I arrived at 3 o'clock. The cleaner Bangla was still lying down and not cleaning the apartment.

It is not recommended to stay here. The room is very old, no slippers or toothbrushes are provided, there are bugs in the room, the bathtub is old, and the wall is falling off. It is just an ordinary house that is used as a hotel B&B.

Not satisfied with the bathrooms not clean, some of the mattresses in the room 2 are not satisfied

Do not book here. The worst apartment ever. The first one Aircon was spoil. Change the second house. I feel like staying in a dumpster. Aircon was ok but the picture says everything. Was paying RM153 for one nite. Should booked a motel. Fridge was so filthy dirty with mole.
