Good hotel for short stays of 1-2 nights. Fuss free. Friendly front desk. Location is a bit secluded, but Grab is able to access with no issues. There's nothing much around the area that is walkable. However, if the budget is tight, this hotel is a steal. Toothbrush and toothpaste provided (2 pairs), shower cap provided. Only a 2 in 1 soap + shampoo is provided. Shower head is abit weird, water doesn't seem to flow nicely. Adjustment of the temperature is a bit weird, doesn't seem very hot. Room aircon can get quite cold. Socket in the room is Type G (same as Singapore). Water dispenser is available on level 2. Overall, much better experience than expected given the price of one night. Will recommend friends/couples to stay here.

I highly recommend this hotel. The only downside is that the soundproofing is not good. You can hear noises from other rooms all the time in the middle of the night. There are many delicious foods nearby, but the merchants don't mark the prices, so if you don't ask prices, When they know you are a tourist they will charge you a high price for your meal👍

It's my first choice whenever I'm in Batam. Can't go wrong. Food is easy to get. And staff are wonderful.

Just ok for short trip. All are near by. Stayed one night. Budget hotel. Don't expect much.

Clean and quiet

The location was the only downfall. Its like surrounded by abandoned buildings. Other than that its fine

We booked 3 rooms for a 2 night stay. The rooms, beds & bathrooms are all clean. Even the towel smell so good. Suggestion: Please put a chair in each room Location: It's located at 'dark' area & not safe to go outside by walk, especially at night. But, it's safe & good inside the hotel. Generally, the whole were great.
