Batroun Bahsa Bay

We stayed in room 5 for 2 nights in May 2025. I have given it 5 stars for the view (the photos on ******* don't do it justice, i have attached some of the view from the room), it has a balcony plus location was great, 2 minutes walk to the restaurants on the front and walkable from the Old Souks area (though there are lots of golf carts as taxis). Room was clean and modern and breakfast at Rays exceptional. I would definitely stay there again but there are a couple of things to note: the parking charge was double that stated on *******. There is no kitchenette as stated, there is a (good sized) fridge and a kettle, no glasses or anything. Check in information was a bit confusing as you had to check in at Rays but when i asked initially the guy didn't seem to know anything but we got there in the end. But we had a great time and are definitely hoping to go back next time we are in Lebanon.

I would not return to stay here. The property was not flexible at all in terms of storing our luggage before the check in time at 2pm. We had to sit around for 3 hours and wait as they were not willing to hold our luggage somewhere. Also, the breakfast timing starts only at 8.30 am earliest, for a business trip, this is not sufficient. We had asked if we could get dinner one day instead as we'll be loosing all the paid for breakfasts otherwise, but this was not granted. Staff was not friendly . Overall, i would not return to stay here. For the price, better service should be offered.

Perfect location, beautiful view, awesome balcony, extraordinary room, great ac, friendly staff, flexible breakfast options at the beachfront, convenient valet parking. Nothing but perfect.
