this is a hotel i frequently visited and stayed. It is in a very good location, very clean. the breakfast is not great but that's fine.

Everything was good.  Exhaust fan does not work.  Room could use a deep cleaning.

The evening shift front desk lady was rude and unprofessional. My smoke detector started chirping and she was ok with me having to listen to it chirp every minute of every hour all night. Her only response was that there was no maintenance personnel available. After explaining that this is a safety issue for me and my family she was able to get maintenance there. The smoke detector didn’t just need batteries. It was so old that it needed to be replaced, which maintenance did.   Another aggravating issue is my card key would work sometimes and then I would have to go back to the front desk and have it rekeyed. After about 5 times I was done. The digital stopped working at one point also. 

A good hotel is located on a small road, the sight is not good at night, it is easy to miss driving. Come out to eat and drive, there are more black people around. Only know that BR is the florida down payment. .
