Response from Property: We are very sorry for bringing you an unpleasant stay experience. ①The reason why our hotel chooses disposable dental cups is that they are safer and more hygienic. ②We will carefully clean and disinfect the hot water kettle after each guest checks out. ③All the lights in this hotel are dark and do not use white lights. This will give guests a soft, warm feeling. ④We sincerely apologize for the general service issue and we will improve our capabilities in this area. ⑤ We can't understand the problem of being very noisy near the subway station. The subway operates underground and stops operating at 23:30. This noise is quite unbelievable. ⑥We are also very skeptical about the issue of poor breakfast. The hotel's breakfast provides 8 kinds of meat dishes, 4 kinds of vegetables, 1 kind of fruit, and 1 kind of salad. The staple food is rice, fried noodles, bread, as well as various drinks, milk, tea, and coffee. Such breakfast only costs 1,000 yen. 1,000 yen in Japan is rarely the same elsewhere.
