This place is located off the main centre of Hangzhou. It is in a neighbourhood but there are plenty of food available. This homestay is neat, quaint with full amenities. We love the impression it gave us. Very cosy. The breakfast is also good and enough for us. The couple managing the breakfast is very warm and helpful. Overall, highly recommend for all to stay here...Love it!

The help given to us as foreigners were superb. They tried their very best to fulfill our request, you can definitely see their sincerity. They even go the extra mile in helping us to answer phone calls by the Didi driver, troubleshoot Chinese mobile app issues, recommended good locations for shopping etc. I would definitely come back just for their hospitality. The only downside to the experience was the smoke from next door tenant could be felt in our room. I woke up with a dry throat due to that. If only China could ban smoking in public, that would improve the travelling experience so much.

We visited as a couple, looking to explore Hangzhou during the Qingming holiday. The location is lovely, just far enough away from the city center to avoid the bustle and enjoy the greenery around West Lake. It is close to the zoo and children's park, so the area at the bottom of the hill can be quite busy, but the community of the B&B itself is quiet. Restaurants are easy to find in the community and run from quirky fusion to Hangzhou classics. You can choose to walk anywhere from 1-10 minutes and get a great meal. The staff at the B&B is incredibly generous and helpful, and make a delicious Hangzhou breakfast. During the holiday, the property was full of families, for which it seems to be a great fit. It was a great fit for us too—lively, but the rooms are comfy, tranquil retreats from the fun, supplied with delicious longjing tea and local spring water for drinking. Highly recommend!

Never expect a homestay to be this nice, they are always there when you need something and if they are always there to ensure your safety returning back to the homestay. Everyday there is people who clean your room too. I will highly recommend it to people who are visiting

Wonderful home stay - beautifully decorated.

We have really loved our stay in this homestay. The room is really nice, comfy and clean. And people were really nice with us. We loved the location as well. To be noted that this is a little outside of the city center (it's on the other side of the West Lake). But the upside is that the environment around there is more green and nice. It's also still at a walking distance to the West lake and there are few actitivites and restaurants really close.

The store is very attentive. Whether it is parking, daily greetings, or other issues, they are very proactive. They treat everything as if it were their own family. On the day of check-out, the road was closed for a marathon race. The store carefully confirmed the specific time and the unblocking time on the spot and informed us, which was really heartwarming. They also upgraded the room type for free, and provided options for check-in when there were rooms available, which was great.

Very satisfied, the homestay is very unique, the service is warm, the breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The whole block is very beautiful. It is very close to Prince Bay, Hupao, Jiuxi Shibajian and West Lake. I will choose here next time I come to Hangzhou. I wish the store a prosperous business.

I came to Hangzhou again to enjoy the sweet-scented osmanthus rain, and I chose to stay at the Falan Meng Wang Shan Jing Min Su. This is the third homestay I have stayed at in recent years. I think there must be a reason for the place to stay three times. First of all, the environment is beautiful. This time I chose a duplex parent-child room. I can see the mountain view from the window. The air is fresh, especially in the early morning. The surrounding area is comfortable and quiet. The transportation is also very convenient. The waiter is warm and thoughtful. What attracts me most is that the owner Lao Ni is a cultured boss. This time he took us to a different Hangzhou and gained a lot. Remember to make an appointment.

We booked a suite, and it was very comfortable for four adults and one child to sleep in. I was very satisfied with the accommodation experience and will stay here again when I come to Hangzhou.

The B&B is very thoughtful. In addition to slippers and toothbrushes for children, there are also disposable bathtub covers, toilet covers, and face towels. It is clean and the breakfast is delicious. Sitting on the small balcony, the evening breeze blows the sweet fragrance of osmanthus, and I enjoy the night view sweetly. The boss is really good. He takes everyone to visit the West Lake and explain the history. The route is small but beautiful... I will stay at his house again when I come to Hangzhou in the future.

The room is clean and tidy, and the price is affordable. The service is good. Free late check-out and free tea. The breakfast is also delicious 😋 The mountain view is beautiful. There are many coffee shops in front of the hotel.

It's OK, quite distinctive, and standard. It was not the peak season when I stayed here, so I can't complain about the price. If I had spent hundreds or thousands of dollars to stay here during the peak season, I don't think it would be worth it. Overall it's OK, but nothing special.
