Location is abit out of town, surrounding is very quiet and forrested with not many shop around. Food is hard to get. However on a plus point, theres grab food easily available, geab car & gojek easy to get. And also the good point is the staff is very friendly, helpful. Its perfect for budget travellers is you dont mind the surrounding. Bedroom is decent.

Room dirty. Towel, toothbrush, mineral water only provided for 1 pax while the room is for 2 pax. Hard to find the hotel as it is at secluded location

I have booked this hotel thinking there is outdoor pool as the amenities stated outdoor pool in the Trip.com site. But when checked in I was informed there isn't and when shown the picture the receptionist at first denied. Then immediately after my feedback, the photos was taken down. I requested for some refund of at least 30% but settled at 20% instead. The hotel is very inconvenient and run down,not worth the amount I paid for.
