The inn is beautiful from the outside. Went there for a wedding. The reception for a different wedding was a few floors under our room. It was extremely loud until after 11:00 PM. The air conditioner kept going on and off. We couldn’t get a good night sleep.

The wi fi signal is barely functional. The room is beyond dated. The staff seemed to be working hard. We were in room 146. It either smelled from mold or smelled like an air freshener in a taxi. My guess is air freshener from a smoker in the room before us. The room was non smoking but people in the next room were smoking right outside. The AC drew the smoke into our room. Please have signs no smoking within 10 feet of the building.

The Olde Mill Inn is so quaint and feels historical, yet modern. We just love the atmosphere. It's always very clean.
Having the Grain House restaurant in the same parking lot area makes it a convenient option for lunch or dinner and/or having drinks.

Perhaps because of late booking our room was ground floor facing a busy highway. It smelled of cigarette smoke and air freshener.
Other settings here seem far lovelier.

I recently stayed at the Inn. The room smelled from mildew. The door molding in the bathroom was rotting from the floor up about 6 inches. There is a high probability of mold in the room. I requested a change of rooms for the next night. I was first told at the front desk that it was doubtful, but he would check with the manager when he got in. I returned to the front desk 3 hours later after not being contacted. The manager did change the room and commented that I would not survive in his house because he has 8 cats. I responded to a survey from the hotel, again no reply. Beautiful property but old and my experience is the staff doesn't care.

I grew up in this area of NJ and now live in Colorado. I come back to visit/take care of my parents and this hotel is close to where they live. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

It’s a lovely inn, with a gorgeous courtyard. We attended a wedding here and then slept over. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
