Wifi coverage. bad signal dropping out regularly, also having problem with wifi password log in. As it is now winter time, air con only provide heating. Room feel warm and stuffy, room lighting is also minimal with only three lamp shade and look dark.

Hotel ok
Hotel eigentlich gut doch die Qualität an Speisen ist nicht besonders für einen 5 Sterne Hotel. Renovierungsbedürftig. Spa nicht ganz sauber Decke klein Teil abgestürzt. Massage aber Top. Steckt viel Potenzial die man noch ausschöpfen könnte. Rezeption Personal sehr nett und hilft gern.

Wir waren zufrieden Frühstück war Gut nur Abendessen könnte man besser machen können wir waren 2 Tage haben wir fast gleichen Essen bekommen und Für 5 Sterne Hotel sollte man wenigstens Getränke haben beim Essen war nur Wasser andere Getränke müsstest bezahlen
