The newly developed Festival Place is a 1.1m sq ft shopping centre situated right next to the apartment, just off the M3, housing over 140 big brand stores including Next, Marks & Spencer, Apple, H&M, and Jack Wills. It is home to over 20 mouthwatering eateries including Côte Brew Dog, Ask Italian, Pizza Express, Wagamama, Pret, Five Guys, and Nando’s and a Vue cinema. The space This is an airy and spacious flat with a lot of windows to allow natural light to come in. Blackout blinds and curtains help to ensure a good night of sleep even during summer months. All the windows in the bedrooms have full blackout curtains, ideal to block sun waking you up in the summer months. The flat is in very central location, and less than 5 minutes walking distance from Basingstoke train station and The Malls. Facing Alencon Link street, and just above Londis, the flat is conviniently located, but if you need absolute quiet to sleep this might not be the right flat for you during summer months. Londis and Fireway pizza place are open until midnight everyday, and people will mingle around in the summer months. Other things to note Note: For longer stays over two weeks, mid stay cleaning will take place at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Includes clean sheets and towels.
