My room had good amenities and I was lucky to get a view of Spalentor. The location is close to a tram, and is reasonably walkable to the town hall. Very good breakfast, which included plenty of local and regional foods.

Excellent hotel, everything is top notch... The room is spacious by Swiss standards. Excellent location. Good breakfast. They give out a Basel card: free travel on public transport and a 50% discount on museums, theaters and almost everything. The most delicious Swiss apples were waiting for us in the room. Water and fruit daily at the reception.
