Silo Design & Boutique Hostel

This is a recently renovated hostel with a modern design that stands out among the hostels I've stayed at. However, since it's completely self-service, the check-in process is difficult. I thought I could just ask a staff member, but no one was there, so it was difficult. I was able to check in by phone, but it seemed difficult at first glance. From morning to evening (around 6pm?), the staff at the restaurant attached to the hostel are available to help and store luggage, but they are only there to help, so they cannot confirm reservations. The entrance is from a courtyard-like area opposite the street, so it was difficult to find. It was a dormitory, but there were bath towels and soap in the shower room, and it was overall clean and I was satisfied with my stay.

It was unique in terms of security and hygiene, breakfast was adequate, I am thinking of staying again next time.

If you go at night, you have to check in and out by yourself, but it was difficult and I had a hard time. Also, it might be difficult to open the door at night.

This is my third time here at the Silo, but I'm always impressed by the staff, very friendly, answer every question, everything is top notch, I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on everything

It was not bad to stay in a youth hostel for the first time. There is a young lady at the front desk during the day who is very enthusiastic. But when I returned to the hostel at ten o'clock in the evening, there was no one at the front desk. I called the service call and was answered by a man. The man's service attitude was not very good, he was very impatient, and he had no sense of service. The four-person all-female room I chose was pretty good, but there was only one USB plug on the bedside, which was not very convenient for charging. But overall it's quite clean and the equipment is relatively new.
