The facility is well located and nestled in the mountains and does look very attractive. Unfortunately it was mismanaged and was not clean. I checked into a room whose toilet was very dirty and was not cleaned at all after previous occupants left. The front desk moved me to another room which was not cleaned either: bed sheets were on table, keys of previous occupants were still on table, bathroom was in disarray.i moved to the third room after a long wait, this room was okay.

Unit we got booked into was not ready when we arrived. Upon initial inspection of unit after we were given key, was less than expected. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher, thick dust on lights, duct vent fan in bathroom hadn't been cleaned in ages. One small bar of soap for 3 sinks and shower. Pots, pans & silverware all had to get washed before use due to food stuck on all. Crank out window was broke so couldn't close it after opening. Deck had not seen a cleaning in ages. Light over deck was full of dead bugs. Stove top not one burner set flush on stove. All were at an angle so had to hold them in place. Only baking pan was the broiler pan. Requested a small baking an/cookie sheet, got a small pyrex baking dish. Needed a broom, and only ones that had they were housekeeping, so had to wait til they came on duty to use it. Unit was located at the far end of resort over the loading dock. Views were of dumpster & pine trees. Staff smoked out there and the smoke drifted into the unit due to the window that we couldn't close.

This was our second visit here and it was just as good as the first time. The kitchen is well equipped but since we had been there before and I did the cooking I brought a few things from home. They have a K cup coffee maker plus a regular drip coffee maker but that was missing from our room and Pat made sure that we had one right away. Thanks Pat! North Conway is only 15-20 minutes away with lots of great stores to browse through.

We went for a weekend to unwind and do a bit of hiking. After exercise we went to the pool area and were seriously disappointed with the condition of that area. Both Hot tubs were green and dirty with oily rings at the water level and grit withing the seating and floor areas. The large pool also had a green tinge to the water and needed cleaning. I reported this to the on-duty manager who really had nothing to say. I find it surprising that she did not know of the pool area was in need of some serious care. Seems like she would have done a walk around to check for problems instead of just sitting in the office. The room was clean and comfortable as expected. The gym area is small but adequate. There is no access to water or even cups in the exercise area. This took away from our weekend plans, and we probably will not return there. There are other facilities in the area that we've visited and not experienced this problem. Very disappointed with the cost of our stay and the condition of the pool area as this was something we looked forward to.

Front desk folks are great! Unit 331 was HUGE! Easily and comfortably would sleep 6 or more. Bunk beds in 2nd bedroom plus an extra bed in same room. Two full baths; one larger between master BR and 2nd bedroom. Sliders to deck outside living room area. Very large kitchen/dining area. We were so surprised at the size of this place that I wanted to point out for those who are considering 4-6 folks (+kids).
