The condo is set up as follows: - First Floor - Open living room/dining/kitchen area, Outside patio area with patio furniture, 1 full bath - Second Floor - 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 3/4 bath, laundry - Third Floor - Loft bedroom with 4 twin beds A/C units located in 2nd floor king bedroom and 3rd floor loft bedroom. Brand new Mini-split A/C on first floor. I do not allow Saturday check-ins unless we are very close to the date you want.
