The hotel rooms were excellent- and front end check in were professional, helpful, and friendly.
My only issue was your breakfast area where there needs to be a dedicated person on duty in the finning area to be helpful to guests who were having trouble operating some of the equipment.
As well as on site in finning area to restock empty items as some areas were slow to be refilled.

Fairfield Inn Cape Cod on October 3 and 4, 2025. The first day of my stay was excellent — the room was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations. However, the following day I encountered unprofessional and unsanitary conditions that have left me extremely concerned. On Saturday afternoon, I approached the housekeeping staff to request clean towels and politely asked that they not clean my room. The housekeeper I spoke to was dismissive and rude. She asked me to place the used towels on the floor, then handed me a trash bag and instructed me to place the towels inside myself. I found this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. Worse yet, on Sunday morning, while drying myself after a shower, I was horrified to discover dried blood on one of the supposedly clean towels that the same housekeeper had given me. It was extremely disturbing and unacceptable for a hotel of Marriott’s standards. I immediately re-showered and used a clean shirt to dry myself instead. At checkout, I showed the photo of the towel to a front desk employee (a Latina woman), who asked for my phone number on a yellow sticky note and told me the manager would contact me. No one has called me since, and it has been several days.

Room was good, breakfast not so, just ok. Stuff is friendly. There was false alarm at least 3 times during the night, real bad experience. Looks like it may be repeated at any time. Think about before decide to make reservations to this hotel. No one answered call to operator nor there was anyone to kept guests informed what may be happening.

A nice average hotel in a suburban surrounding (across the street for a shopping mall). Good free breakfast. Nice staff. Good exercise room. Comfortable bed. The only complaint I can make is they make you pay a daily fee to park in their own ground level lot. Never experienced that before and it seems like a hidden, and unnecessary, add on charge. Otherwise, a nice stay.

Highly Recomended Hotel. Spotlessly clean and staff very attentive and professional. We had a road facing room but didn’t hear a thing all night. The AC system was very quiet compared to some. Definite 5 star rating from us and thoroughly enjoyed it

Quiet. solidly built. Obviously on the new side. Immaculately clean, nice bathroom, shower, and free breakfast was a perk. also reasonable rates during peak season.

It was in the most perfect area. Wonderful staff. Great room. My kids didn’t want to leave! If I went back to cape cod I would 10000% stay at this same hotel !
