Three-night stay in July. Bathroom not in the room without shower gel and shampoo products. Towels and sheets never changed. TV didn't work and breakfast at the outside bar. For the price paid, the service was poor.

Abbiamo soggiornato al B&B i 13 Cavalieri per una settimana e siamo molto soddisfatti, sia della struttura che del trattamento ricevuto! Il B&B è curato, molto pulito e perfettamente tenuto, la stanza ampia, dotata di aria condizionata, lenzuola biancheria e con un bel bagno, è possibile usufruire di wi-fi gratuito, di un frigo. Grazie al sig. Francesco per il bellissimo soggiorno e la disponibilità!

Come sempre l'accoglienza e la disponibilità sono state ottimali, la struttura curato nei minimi dettagli e molto confortevole,camera molto in ordine e pulita. È già la terza volta che alloggiamo ed è sempre tutto perfetto!

Struttura in posizione veramente "strategica" molto bello e funzionale ed è dotato di tutto quello che serve! L'accoglienza è stata delle migliori, il sig. Francesco ci ha accolto in maniera squisita dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per incominciare a muoverci in quelle zone. Siamo stati contentissimi di tutto e sicuramente il prossimo anno faremo il bis!

Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti in questo B&B. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia appena ci viene consegnata la stanza, per il resto niente corrisponde alla descrizione sul sito della struttura. All'arrivo ci accorgiamo che in bagno mancano linea cortesia e carta igienica: è presente solo un flacone da supermercato e dimezzato di sapone liquido per le mani. Abbiamo dovuto comprare noi sapone intimo, docciaschiuma e carta nel supermercato di fronte al B&B. Nei giorni seguenti viene aggiunta la carta igienica in bagno (evviva!) In tutto il periodo la stanza non è stata mai rassettata, gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati se non a seguito di esplicita richiesta: ci è stato sottolineato come questa fosse una gentilezza da parte loro in quanto servizio non previsto (al contrario di quanto indicato sul sito della struttura). Abbiamo dovuto richiedere anche di svuotare i cestini, ormai traboccanti dopo 4 giorni di soggiorno. Colazione: prevista in un bar convenzionato nei pressi del B&B e su questo nulla da dire ma se all'arrivo i cornetti sono finiti, viene proposta una "prelibata" merendina confezionata. Anche questo andrebbe gestito diversamente. Qualsiasi cosa si faccia presente al proprietario viene liquidata con una scusa/supercazzola. Non consiglio a nessuno una struttura così mal gestita, andate altrove!
