Great hotel, but very expensive. But on that day all hotels were very expensive because of a number of exhibitions on at the London Excel centre.

Bed uncomfortable and full of hairs not belonging to us. TV did not work as should and bathroom is tiny. Shower temperature extremely temperamental

The staff were so friendly . They smile on there faces make one feels welcomed. The environment from the entrance to the room are sparking clean. Though I did not eat anything this time around. I will surely visit again . Really nice place to visit.
