"Lirolay Suites provided my girlfriend and I with the absolute best experience possible in Bariloche. The room was very comfortable, decorative, and fit the setting. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and it was an amazing place to relax at all day, or return to after excursions in Bariloche. However, the best part of staying at Lirolay was the staff. 3 different front desk employees rotated by day and each provided excellent service that over exceeded the norm and made the trip a special experience. We waited until we arrived in Bariloche to plan excursions and these employees were excellent resources and did so much to help us out. They even went above and beyond to help us out when we had a 6 hour layover on our return back through Bariloche. Truly making Lirolay Suites feel like a second home. Recommend to everyone! We are certainly looking forward to returning to Lirolay in the future."

"My husband and I stayed for a week. We tried to book a private room, but it was only available for a few days (understandable, given it was peak winter season). They were very kind and patient with us having to consider both options, and they handled three room changes, check-in, and check-out times. We have to admit, this allowed us to open ourselves up to a new experience and overcome many preconceived notions 😂 The space is generally in good condition; perhaps—personally speaking—I'd say the bedding could be improved. The kitchen is super spacious and very well-equipped. The staff's service is excellent: polite, friendly, and very helpful. I especially want to highlight Iris and Cristian for their warmth and kindness towards guests and everyone else. The location is spectacular, just a few blocks from the city center, with bakeries and supermarkets right next to the hostel. Another great thing is that we happened to be there during a national team match, and they brought in a large TV (in addition to the one already in the common area) so we could watch the game more comfortably. We would definitely return and recommend this place."

After 30 mins trying without success they said it was ok and they could do it 🤨🤨 Plus they gave us a room and then changed us to a different one with 3 small beds (when we asked for a double and a single)"
