The room was ok. Cleanliness was maintained properly. Location in terms of connectivity and prices for room as compared to other better placed hotels was too high. Food options are very less. The quality of food prepared was not good at all. The buffet breakfast has got too less items. At times due to low occupancy buffet breakfast was not provided. The laundry service is too bad. Some alarm is raised every day disturbing your sleep every morning.

Excellent hospitality from ms yuk-ta front office and suparna hk. This hotel is suitable for corporate employees. We wish to improve the quality of food by having a test of home food to some extent all the best.

Hotel is far away from the railway station, however it is better to stay in ginger comparing to all other hotels in durgapur. Food and amenties are very good. Last but not the list. Hotel staff were very responsive and mannerful (specifically ms. Yuk-ta from reception and mr. Mondal from housekeeping)

Everything was good. Rooms were neat and clean, the property overall was clean. Breakfast spread was decent. The only thing i would say is that they can work on their tea / coffee options.
