Very good ambience and excellent food quality. And also Mr.Thakur Krishna Roy's hospitality is too good. Swimming pool area also very neat and clean.

This time the experience is not so good. Write reviews earlier as well , about Sinclairs Burdwan and Kalimpong but this time utterly disappointed . The property is really very poorly managed. The Food was as usual very good. The only plus point was Food and my go to Champ : Saswata and Bapi. They are exceptionally brilliant. Rest , I didn't swim nor my family. The swimming pool is gross. I have attached pictures as well. The only main highlight of the property is in dismay. Broken tiles , infected water and moss every here and there . Banquet is really not up to the Sinclairs Standard and not matching the vibes of 2025 and further.

Nestled between green expanse and national highway, lies the elegant Sinclairs, Burdwan. This edifice forms our natural homestay for a couple of days, enroute from Bangalore, while the native home gets cleaned. The crunch of health lettuce, long grain basmati, with tandoori chicken coherent to traditional mashed poppy seeds, delicious countryside pointed gourd and sumptuous rohu forms the delightful cuisine. The receptionists Sudip and Somenath makes the welcome warm; acumenship of Managers - Prantik, Shashwata, Soumen and Thakur, are observant sentinels keeping the stay comfortable; F&B team of Bapi, Swaroop, Ayan, Debu, Gopal, Suman, Abhijit and Buddha are vigilant with serving plates for Smiling palletes; Production cruise of Sujit, Kali, Sunil, Pallab, Swaroop, Mintu...; Diligent and Zealous Housekeeping chorus of Habib, Surya, Mujibar, Kartika,Suraj, Prasenjit, Dipankar...keeps the campus speck and span...Kudos to the Management and Cheers for Sinclairs Burdwan.

Excellent food qualty, Excellent service, excellent behaviour and excellent attitude of the guys, excellent accomodation, excellent atmosphere, excellent parking facilities, excellent location. Specially, Bapi Mondal is simply remarkable.

Excellent location & very convenient for our family get together. The rooms were clean but lacked European/International plug connections. In room dining had a good variety on the menu. However the service it self was very poor with trays left outside the room for over 12 hours. Hotel management were incredibly helpful & overall we had an enjoyable stay.

It was a very very pleasant stay undoubtedly, with a wonderful ambience. The staffs are very hospitable, cooperative and with polite behavior. Although I'm a regular guest but every time I stay the environment feels different with a wonderful feeling. Would like to come and visit again and again and definitely referred to my other known persons. Last but not least thanks to all the staffs starting from the reception, room service, Housekeeping to the palm restaurant. Special thanks to GM and his entire team of Sinclair for making our stay memorable and comfortable.

It's my second time staying at Sinclairs and I'm glad to have chosen this chain again. The rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious and the overall service is very good. The housekeeping staff ensured to check daily if anything was needed for my comfort and this is something rare in the hotel industry. Exhausted toiletries were refilled and replaced without me having to request. Very good service! The restaurant has a good spread of food and the service team is very warm and caring towards their guest. While buffet was not available during my stay this time due to limited guests, the food was delicious. Thanks to the 2 members who really went above and beyond to ensure me and my colleagues are well fed - a true testament to bengali culture. Thanks Mr. Mullick and your colleague whose name unfortunately I did not catch.
