It's my second time staying at Sinclairs and I'm glad to have chosen this chain again. The rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious and the overall service is very good. The housekeeping staff ensured to check daily if anything was needed for my comfort and this is something rare in the hotel industry. Exhausted toiletries were refilled and replaced without me having to request. Very good service! The restaurant has a good spread of food and the service team is very warm and caring towards their guest. While buffet was not available during my stay this time due to limited guests, the food was delicious. Thanks to the 2 members who really went above and beyond to ensure me and my colleagues are well fed - a true testament to bengali culture. Thanks Mr. Mullick and your colleague whose name unfortunately I did not catch.

An excellent experience.From ambiance to food, everything was up to the mark,especially service from mr.swarup mukherjee.wish to visit again.

Very good ambience and excellent food quality. And also Mr.Thakur Krishna Roy's hospitality is too good. Swimming pool area also very neat and clean.

The Hotel was best in class... Currently it doesnt stand a chance in front of RJ Hotel in burdwan. The Rooms are old and washrooms are not deep cleaned. Banquets are very very old and do not fit any star category. Reception is changed and to be found no where. All old and broken marble and tiles everywhere . No Gloss or Shine. Staffs are not well maintained. Old shabby clothes , torn shoes and what not. Feels funny. Attending many marwari function in this hotel since its opening. Pathetic condition of swimming pool. Many time under maintenance and the pool is totally broken. Only highlight of the hotel is also under destruction. I do not allow my kids to paly in the pool due to injury , happened earlier as well. Sine last 6 years , same shabby looking banquet without any renovation or modernization. Lack of rooms and we had to cramp us in this limited rooms. Only due to the size of the Lawn , it running or else it will be closed in upcoming years. Please keep Saswata and Bapi , as they are your asset. Excellent service and attention from them every time. But sorry to them , as my family disturbs them a lot.
